Westbury Dental Practice

I’ve been going to this practice for years and last week I was in severe pain. I couldn’t sleep or eat, it was awful. I was told that I’d been seen by a new dentist and at first I was really worried but he was so thorough and polite. He explained step by step about what he was planning to do to resolve my problem and I was amazed that I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure and after, whatsoever! I followed his instructions and I’m completely back to normal now. :)

I was extremely impressed with the kindness and patience on my first visit. I have since completed treatment and I am very happy with my new teeth! I will definitely be coming back here for my regular check-ups and hygienist appointments. Thank you Dr. Sri and team!

The whole practice is well organised and staffed by very friendly and helpful staff. Dentist is excellent with patients and very thorough. Would highly recommend this practice.

Now that Dr Mughal has retired and also the receptionist lady has gone, the new young receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. No manners. Has a lot of attitude and isn’t friendly on the phone. Please train your staff properly as it’s not the best as it was before

I honestly wouldn’t go to any other practice, the treatment I received was first class, step by step the dentist reassured me and made me feel at ease throughout the whole procedure. It was clear I was being treated by an extremely experienced dentist and after being a dental nurse previously for 8 years the quality of the dentists work shone through. I could not recommend this practice enough especially Dr. Srigananathan! Thank you once again.

Great place, great dentist. Staff is very friendly. I always found them to be very accommodating and pleasant. I would highly recommend this surgery, they offer such a lot of different procedures. Thanks very much for providing excellent dental care.

POOR SERVICE!!!! The receptionist is very rude!!!!!! I called lots of times just to ask if they’re accepting new patients and I’ve been told to wait on hold every time for over 30 mins. It’s a simple yes or no question I don’t understand what the problem is? She either tells me to wait on hold or acts like she can’t hear me then hangs up.

I Have had the same dentist here for over 30 years and had always been pleased or satisfied with the service... however for the last 2 appointments I had booked were not honoured.

The 1st one the new receptionist gave me the time slot from what had been put in the appointment book (unprofessional to say the least).

The 2nd was allegedly cancelled and the head receptionist said that she tried to call me the week before and left a voicemail regarding the cancellation... however that was a fabrication as I don’t have voicemail turned on.
When I informed her of this she she went silent for a moment and then sounded flabbergasted when she tried to cover herself.

Thing is; I called the surgery 45 minutes before I arrived to inform them that I was going to be 15 minutes late, but it’s obvious that whoever I spoke to didn’t even look me up on that call (again unprofessional) and allowed me to travel all the way there only to tell me at the surgery door that my appointment had been cancelled and that I would need to book another.

The dentist that I have been seeing for over 30 years the practice owner Dr Mughal is retiring (unfortunately) and the team that has taken over the daily operations are no where near as professional and efficient as he was and therefore I’m on the hunt for a new dentist - closer to home.

Such a shame.
