Abbey Dental South Harrow

I had an appointment with Dr manghera for a hygiene clean and honestly it was such a good visit. She thorough explained where I need to brush better and the uses of tepe and floss. The reception team were very friendly and welcoming which made my dental expertise 10 times better. The practice was nice and clean which is always expected of a practice within the health care industry. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my family and friends!

Best practice in town. Very professional doctors and friendly team. I have been going there since long time, and all the times doctors did necessary treatment for me and my family very well. They are thoroughly professional and gives honest advice.

Recently it is getting very difficult to book appointments with the dentist and hygienist.

Some of the receptionist dnt give satisfactory reply.
Before the system was very good and prompt reply and appointments system was excellent.
Needed to improve the system.

I should have done this review few years ago, I usually follow Dr Dora when she changes her work place because I don't trust anyone else to take care of my teeth, you can tell she is one of the few people who works from heart, very knowledgeable and always explains everything in detail, I highly recommend her for all dental treatments, and thank you again for taking care of me Dr Dorasani , you are a star.

I’ve been going to this dentist for years, since I was a child and not had any issues. I booked a routine check-up as I was overdue by a couple of years due to covid. I received a text 2 weeks before my appointment saying that it was cancelled with no explanation. I then had to call up the reception the next day to find out it was cancelled because my dentist would not be in that day. I informed them that I didn’t have a preference for any dentist just wanted to get my check-up done. They then booked me in for a new date. When I turned up to the new appointment they couldn’t find me on the system and said the receptionist I spoke to must have not booked me in on the system! Overall a poor experience, they need to organise the practice better.
