Fernleigh Dental Practice

I have just returned from having my wisdom tooth extracted, I have an irrational fear of the dentist, like most people, but at 63 years of age and visiting multiple dentists in my life, I cannot praise them enough, all of the staff, but a very well earned thank you to Sara, the lady who did the extraction. She is the kindest dentist, human being I have had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you.

Fernleigh dental practise is the worst dentist practise I have ever experienced. They remove patients from NHS dentist system as and when they wish . Without any notice they have removed my oldest child’s details and somehow did not register my youngest daughter even though she visited the centre. Disappointing dentist centre run by incompetent people.

I Would 100% recommend. My dentist, Mr Shahid Valliani is so friendly and kind! Also, the receptionists, Bilkis (Bill) and Lucky, are so lovely and polite!

Amazing practice. Incredible dentists. Very friendly staff always going that extra mile for patients. Always feel welcome coming here. Nice family feel to a practice and when nervous they do their best to make you feel at ease. A great practice. Fully recommend everyone to fernleigh dental. The practice manager eleni is great and any issues she resolves them quickly, she is on the ball and sure knows how to run a practice properly.

Have lost £40 in deposits. Practice doesn’t send reminders for appointments. Waiting time for a visit is on average three months. Wasn’t particularly impressed with the clean and scale I had previously so will be looking for a new practice. Shame as I always try to use local services.

Two ladies at the front were really friendly and helpful, dentist was helpful too and not rude like others !

Consistently professional and personable they give an exemplary level of customer service. I have used other dental treatment clinics in the past but Fernleigh Dental Practice has been by far the best experience for me. Having previously been reluctant to visit a dentist I actually look forward to catching up with Claire and Roshni who are always so friendly and informative and really take the time to explain any potential procedures I might have to undergo whilst always giving valuable and accurate advice around hygiene and oral care. I have happily recommended them to many friends and family. Well done Fernleigh keep up the good work and a massive thank you.

I am absolutely delighted with the dentistry work carried out by Ash and the dental nurse today. I had a replacement tooth fitted into a gap and a crown. They were patient and understanding of me being a little anxious. The end results is marvellous and the false tooth is an exact match. I appreciate the time spent with me during the appointments leading up to this, everything was explained and every eventuality was explored. Thank you.
