Very poor dental work.
Have had all the work redone by a different dentist. A third, UK based dentist, confirmed poor work by Queensway.

Unfortunately do not trust them to put things right as dentist spent a considerable time on the treatment plan.

Fillings fell out. Crown poorly fitted. Crown fell out within year of fitting.

Unfortunatly I would strongly reccomend seeking a dental plan abroad, for better work at much lower cost.

I was sold Dentalplan to cover the cost of future filing, I start pay on December and after 6 months I came to my appointment expecting to have the filling replace as promise in the consultation before. Instead the dentist just ask if I have any pain and told me I need to do it cleaning and go to some more job in the other tooth. Of corse not cover by the plan. I did the cleaning and cancel my dental plan. I will not return and I will find other dentist.

I had a chip in my wisdom tooth and a few dental practices said they might not be able to remove it as it may require surgery which meant I had to be put on a waiting list. Due to covid I know there's extreme back log but with my unbearable pain I did not want to be put on a 3 months waiting list, so I came across this clinic, and after a week or so I got an appointment and the removal of my wisdom tooth was incredibly quick all thanks to Dr Reza Ahmed and Eileen. I would like to thank him and his staff for their outstanding friendly service.

Do not trust. Be extra careful too using Wowcher affiliated with this dental practice. This practice will withhold your refund, not answer your request for refund and try to sell you things you didn't pay for in the first place. They do not stipulate for example who is actually a good candidate for veneers (eg people who grind their teeth) so you have already paid for work that cannot actually be carried out. Then no refund. I rarely ever write bad reviews about anyone but I want to save anyone the stress they caused and are causing me

I had wanted teeth whitening for years, but had felt too self-conscious and hated my smile. I initially had a call with the manager, who was so helpful and did a full assessment of my teeth digitally via their on the website. The standard of care I received throughout my Zoom whitening was excellent, Will keep them in my little black for future reference. I would highly recommend Carnaby Street Dental Practice!

I went to get my teeth straightened and after only 4 months I got perfect teeth with invisalign thanks to Dr Ammar and Danielle. I didn't expect to see these results to happen so drastically! The clinic is lovely, both Dr Ammar and Dr Reza are wonderful and amazing at what they do. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and great service, I have just finished my Invisalign and my teeth look so nice. Dr.Ammar was professional, kind and patient. This clinic highly recommended.

My experience here in terms of my dental fillings, crowns etc has been amazing. Dr Nahla and her team are exceptionally polite, kind, attentive and skilled. Going to them literally calms me down 😂 Even the receptionist is so nice. Would surely recommend this clinic. Wish them all the best always.
