Always pleased with the service I get at the practice. Especially Dr.Viggor, who is an amazing dentist. Very happy with his work and kind attention.
Also thank you to the reception staff who are always polite and happy to help.

Wonderfully modern, spacious, comfortable,' light and airy surgery. Reception staff are helpful, approachable & eager to offer sound advice and guidance. The Dentists are excellent in all respects.

I have been a patient at S3 for many years through the NHS.
The state of the NHS and NHS dentistry particularly is no surprise to any of us.
Coming out of COVID I have chosen to arrange Den Plan with S3. The signing up process was straightforward and this morning I had my first appointment.
Due to a variety of factors I am an anxious and distressed patient. Dr Anita and her assistant, whose name I did not catch properly due to nerves, were incredibly kind and excellent in treating me with understanding and patience. I imagine it’s not easy dealing with a crying middle aged man first thing in the morning.
The reception staff are brilliant and very responsive to email.
I can thoroughly recommend this practice if you are an NHS patient struggling to get an appointment or considering Denplan.

I had the most lovely experience at this dentist i took my dad to he has Alzheimer’s so was quite stressful. We were seen on time and the dentist was marvellous and was very caring with him and put him at ease .The receptionist s were very-professional and lovely i would recommend this practise highly

Affordable as an NHS patient. My dentist is very good at his craft. He is also a very nice approachable man. He and his assistant make the procedures as quick and painless as possible.

I needed an emergency appointment for a root canal treatment. The receptionists worked wonders to find me a slot, and the treatment itself is proving highly satisfactory. I feel in very safe hands with my dentist and the practice seems to use state of the art equipment.

Dr Viggor is the best dentist I've ever had. I have been a patient at s3 dental for many years and I have nothing but praise for the whole team. Dr Viggor always makes you feel at ease and explains everything clearly. I have had a lot if dental work over the years and he has always carried out the treatment to high standard. Thank you s3 dental.

Reception staff rude and unprofessional/customer services is shocking. I had an appointment the next day but came down with a nasty cold temperature, sneezing blocked up nose. I called them as soon as I woke up on the day before to tell them it was unlikely to be possible for me to attend a 2 hour appointment as I couldn't even breathe out of my nose. Reception suggested I would have to pay £500 fee because I had not given them their required 2 working days notice. They were totally unempathetic and going out of their way to get me to pay the £500 fee, they kept changing their policy around covid each time I spoke to them ( which it turned out to be) and the covid or sickness policy is nowhere to be seen on their site or email confirmation. ( only the generic 2 working day notice if I choose to cancel) totally rude and unprofessional reception staff clearly letting down the practice. I was very happy to remove my custom and go elsewhere.
