After some very bad experiences in the past, and suffering from bad anxiety attacks, I had given up hope of ever finding a Dentist that I would be comfortable with. All that changed about 2 months ago, when my daughter found the Surgery at Fox Lane. She explained to them how anxious i was and they offered me an appointment. From the very start, they were kind and understanding, explained everything along the way and when i broke down, they gave me time to go outside and get some air. I had some teeth removed and a plate made, with weekly fittings until the extractions. The after care is beyond belief. They called every day for the first few days of the extractions and fitting the plate to see how i was, then a weekly call to check up on me....Now in this day and age...who does that??? The Dentist and his staff are very friendly, and their customer service is second to none. I'm happy to say that I've finally found a Dentist that i intend to stay with for the rest of my life, and would highly recommend to anyone.
