Aldershot Dental Practice

I have always been treated well and so am not sure about the negative comments that I see below. Very helpful friendly staff, excellent service. Highly recommended. Credit cards accepted. Ample paid parking space available close by.

The receptionist was amazing so freindly and reasoning I haven't been to the dentist for 10 years
Which is so bad but due to a really bad experience,
But I had to go as in alot of pain I was literally shacking in fear I was dreading the dentist as I'm sure she would judge me for this and the fear of what she would say, but she was amazing so freindly caring and reassuring.
Amazing dentist don't get me wrong I'm still very apprehensive about going again but I know they actually care and they makes it so much better..
I needed a tooth extraction due to a fracture and a filling which was done Wednesday the 18th of May to be very honest I got off very lightly I hadn't been able to eat properly for about three months, anyway I brought lots of pain killers for at least a week the procedure was explained in a very caring way and was told at any point put your hand up and we will stop, to be very honest I had no pain what so ever.
Five days later I didn't even have the slightest pain I can't believe I can eat normally it really is the best thing I have done in years

Who was very caring and so funny..

I have been a patient here for about 20 years and slowly the practice has deteriorated. It is dirty, scruffy and the receptionists are not that helpful anymore. I have emailed in my comments but of course have never had a reply. My dentist Helene is lovely but the owners don't seem to care that the premises are scruffy and dirty but happy to take our money. I have now moved out of the area and joined another practice.

Before the pandemic, this practice used to be very friendly and reliable, and I had good experiences here. Unfortunately it has deteriorated a lot over the past two years. I have experienced very poor customer service from the reception team, and have had two shoddy fillings from a dentist. I have now changed practices.

Unfortunately once I've had the treatment I've paid a deposit for, I will 100% be changing practices. While my dentist is kind and helpful, she was rushed by other staff interrupting and about 40 mins late for appointment (that previously was booked a month in advance then randomly cancelled by them with on reason and had to rebook again). The reception team are another level, incredibly rude and try to push a hard sell for private services when you are trying to book an NHS band treatment. It's very confusing and they do not clearly explain your options so I could not make an informed choice. They sighed at me loudly when I asked politely for them to check my dental record to work out exactly what I needed to book and then rather than explaining pressured me to book a private service which they took a deposit for saying I needed it and "will be very happy with the service, that they are very good" but then also didn't have any appointments available for 3 months to get it. If I could go back I would not have booked it and gone elsewhere. The building is also in a state of disrepair with tape all over the floor that is sagging. Honestly avoid at all costs as they're just after your money but have terrible customer service, rude and poor communication.

Honestly, why after pandemic this practice gone bad, dirty and receptionists rude and doesn’t help at all . We all waiting there and receptionists talking loudly in group . But to approach them taking time coz they busy talking. This my second visit there in this year and both visits was really unpleasant for me. We sitting there wearing mask but they not and also being very rude. I have more appointments coming there will see if they will change. I can see dust everywhere there.

This practice has really gone down hill. Really poor hygiene practice in general. The staff at reception are very rude. I've been charged twice for temporary fillings with each appointment being scheduled for a proper filling which never seems to be done. Now I'm looking at a possible route-canal. Will look at change my practice ASAP.

My experience at this Dental Practice was nothing , but a very positive and professional one. I had text messages and even phone calls to remind me of my pending appointment.

On the day, I was seen to promptly. My Dentist, Dr. Mrs. Licinea Brown and her Assistant, were very professional.
Mrs. Sujan Gurung, the Practice Manager , was very helpful to assist me obtain the next available date to see the Hygienist.

In a gist, I think all Staff at this Dental Practice effectuate a herculean task and should be applauded.
