Albany Dental Centre

Albany Dental Centre is a fantastic practice that have looked after myself and my family for a number of years now. As an anxious patient, everyone I have seen has put me at ease with their manner and expertise. Both dentists & hygienists. The receptionists too are always so friendly and helpful. I have never doubted that I am receiving excellent care and would highly recommend this Practice.

I recommend Alan and his team without reservation. I have had many treatments over the years with them, and they are a professional top quality family dentist. I find them personable, patient, caring, flexible, responsive to my needs, they offer honest and accurate advice for treatment, and perform dentistry of quality at reasonable cost. I am very happy with them.

The team at Albany have been taking care of my teeth since 2014. I wanted somewhere local when my previous dentist moved out of the area. From the start, I liked the friendly feel and the personal touch. The team on reception do a great job arranging appointments, sending reminders etc. I see the hygienist, Paniz, every 3-4 months, and have a check up with Alan once a year. Over the years, I've had very good advice about taking care of my teeth, and it's really paid off. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Our family have been using the Albany Dental Centre since 2005 and have always had a very good experience with them. I am a "victim" of over enthusiastic 60s dentistry and Alan has been great at keeping my teeth stable and is particually good at explaining the various pros and cons of different procedures when something breaks. He has also been wonderful with my daughter who is extremely anxious about going to the dentist and has worked very hard to find a way to engage with her that works for her. What we like as a family is that we feel we are getting a quality service that is tailored to each member of the family with a strong personal connection to the practice.

I’ve been a patient at Albany Dental Centre for around 18 years and from my first visit until now the care and service I’ve received has never fallen short of excellent. The staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and the dentists are experienced and skilled in their profession. If a dental procedure was required, I was always kept informed through each stage of the treatment and the end result was always satisfactory. The equipment used is the latest in technology and this makes life easier for the patient. Albany Dental offers both National Health and private dental care and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others.

I have been a patient at Albany since 2016/17, after not visiting the dentist for almost a decade. I still vividly remember the gentle care taken then at the work I needed (a crown and some fillings) and never once feeling shamed for having avoided the dentist so long.

Since then I have been more consistent and have even felt brave enough to start visiting the hygienist (3 months ago and my next appointment is tomorrow) at the suggestion of Dr Alan and implementing the advice given.

Everyone is always very kind and professional and truly work so hard. I’m so glad I found Albany Dental Centre because teeth are one of those things easy to neglect from fear and cost.
