Belllingham Green Surgery (now modality) - google shows it as a dentist its a listing/tacticle error?, BUT it is infact THE DOCTORS SURGERY also which I'M REFERRING TO.
Their first priory is to deny you access, mislead you, pretend they can't hear you on the telephone call at 8am!!! in the morning this pattern is repeated daily, until you put your foot down and demand to be seen. Only then are they barely cooperative. Their stated reasons are they only see a minute amount of patients on site in this current covid climate nov2021, and you can call 8am only. Patronising and condescending attitudes towards callers/patients/vulnerable/sick/ill/attendees.
