The Ealing Dental Practice

My treatment was extremely quick and professionally delivered. My appointment today was completely in half the time allotted which has given me time to complete this feedback form! The dentist takes care to explain what's happening and ensure you're comfortable at all times. Any discomfort is minimized and the overall experience is extremely pleasant (not a phrase I've ever used to describe dentistry!). The quality of work is very high and I'm always more than satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

I called the clinic up to make an appointment for dental hygiene, so the reception lady told me that I need to register with them, she gave me appointment in 3 days and she asked me to pay £35 in advance and £35 the day of the consultation for a check up and x-ray. I asked her when I will have an appointment for dental hygiene, she said the first availability that she has is in November which means in 3 months. I was really perplexed. My question to this clinic is, how it's possible that I can get an appointment in 3 day for a check up paying £75 and wait 3 months for dental hygiene. It's ridiculous.

The best dentist I have ever been with. Mr Nick and his team are exceptional and I have always felt listened to and cared for. He has amazing way of clearly talking me through the treatment and his professional opinion and is very understanding. I have been to dentists before where I was belittled and made me feel stupid but I have NEVER felt that way here. Highly recommend and worth every penny spent on treatment thus far. I've had consultations, fillings, tooth removal and cleaning done and all done fantastically. The receptionists are also so lovely to me 👍 I am so grateful for such a great dentist

Dr Nick Simon has completely changed my life for the better from the day I walked into the practice. I was so nervous and had only a glimmer of hope he'd be able to assist in achieving the smile I only dreamed of. The consultation went very well and from that moment, I knew I was in good hands. Dr Nick set out a 36 month treatment plan including extractions (due to overcrowding) and braces. He managed to get it all done in 18 months!! Unbelievable! He's so knowledgeable, personable and very caring. I cannot thank you and all the staff in the surgery (including the ladies in reception). They all truly care. Couldn't recommend this practice enough! Thank you for everything.

Dr. RAI always has a good demeanour and explains things in simple terms. Which really helps in carrying on the prescribed treatments and self care.

The Ealing Dental Practice is a friendly environment which provides an excellent service and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.

Very friendly team whether it be the receptionists or the hygienist. It was my first time coming in today and had a really positive experience. I have already booked in my next appointment.

Can highly recommend this practice ! Both my husband and I have been patients for many years. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. Always happy to recommend, especially to anyone who is nervous of going to the dentist ! Dr Indy Rai is a very professional, honest and caring dentist . The dental hygienist is simply excellent too. She cleaned my teeth so carefully and thoroughly was very gentle. I left feeling that I had just had the best treatment ever!
