Dentix Bexleyheath

I had a consultation for implants and was advised I should have two fillings at a later date. After 5 visits for 1 filling, I am still having issues and now need a root canal (at my expense for their negligence).
I do not recommend this dental practice for fillings!

A few months ago I had a consultation for work on my teeth and came away with an estimate of nearly £13,000. I have since had 2 second opinions and they were both horrified that I was advised to have 4 teeth removed and replaced with implants. The 4 teeth are perfectly good, it’s the gums that are the problem and they would not have held the implants. I am disgusted, it seems that money was their priority 😡

I had been to a number of dentists that were charging through the roof for treatments. I received a flyer for Dentix through the post and gave them a call to find out pricing. When I spoke to them they said I would need to go in for a free consultation, where I would get an x-ray and prices would be confirmed.

I already knew what I needed done and was a bit concerned that prices were not on the website, so I was bracing myself for the worst and can say I was pleasantly surprised!

During the consultation, they reviewed all of my teeth, took an x-ray along with normal photos using a very small camera to show which teeth needed work.

The consultation rooms were sparkling clean and state of the art, with a flat screen tv to show the x-rays and photos along with a thorough explanation. I needed a filling and an inlay (used to be crown). Although the consultations are free, prior to any work being done you have to have a cleaning and polish, which I was fine with as normally my usual dentist would charge £29.00 for consultation and £59.00 for cleaning.

The staff are great, you receive a treatment co-ordinator and are given a little pack to keep all of your costing information in. The set up is well thought out with you as the patient in mind and they give you payment plan options or you can choose pay as you go.

My dentist wanted to charge me £600.00 for a crown and £125 for a white filling, along with consultation fee. Prices may be different for each individual but the total cost Dentix quoted me for everything, including a temporary inlay, permeants inlay & white filling was just over £500.00. Not only is Dentix far cheaper, but the surgery is state of the art, sparkling clean (literally) and the staff are amazing. I would highly recommend!

P.S - I hate dental visits, but they made me feel at ease and were constantly checking to see if I was ok throughout the procedure.

Really can’t believe how professional this dental surgery is, from reception staff to dental nurses, to dentists.
Myself and my mum went along to see what they could offer us for our dental issues and were so impressed with the service we received.
Amazing initial check-up, x-rays and individualised recommended treatment , cleaning and polishing from dentist Jose, friendly, professional, and thorough.
Treatment coordinator, Sabiha, explained all the treatment options based on Jose’s conclusions from our x-rays. Full options with pros and cons explained and cost implications including offer of interest free payment options. No HARD SELL techniques, just informed decision making encouraged.
Actual treatment carried out by dentist Hiba, assisted by Sara and Radika. Hiba is such a perfectionist , constantly checking that the patient is comfortable throughout treatment and happy to make adjustments as necessary on following appointments. The resulting veneers have given me so much more confidence to smile because I’m no longer embarrassed by the state of my teeth. Mum, who was anxious about treatment but was very conscious of the state of her lower teeth had two treatments with the same dentist and at 72years of age is so happy with the finished result.
Holly on reception had the massive task of fitting in all my four appointments amongst by busy work schedule and my wish to have all treatments completed before our trip to Goa in November. She worked wonders for this to happen even amongst taking care of other customers who needed to be greeted and appointments made. I am so so grateful to her for all her efforts and achieving my treatment plan to be completed with two weeks to spare before our departure,
Such a lovely, clean, hygienic dental practice with such up-to-date equipment, I cannot thank all the staff enough. A real asset for Bexleyheath and the residents around.

After many years of putting of seeing a dentist, I finally plucked up the courage to visit the Dentix Bexleyheath Centre and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of all the staff and the treatment was little to no pain at all. Special thanks to Sheba, Amanda, Jose, Holly and Sarah.

Over two hours and can’t extract even one tooth. I am now terrified of the dentist as wasn’t numbed properly. Also have a family member who has payed thousands of pounds for work to be done and after 4 months the job still hasn’t been done. Absolute crooks.

constantly sliding appointment to the orthodontist and a small selection of hours to do apointment due to orthodontist works only one day a week. I paid a deposit for dental treatment that they cancelled and they can't refund this deposit. No response to emails and no contact with the head office. The coordinator's very arrogant behavior. Absolute crooks, I do not recommend!

Useless. Not interested in general dental. bombarded with cosmetic suggestions which i said i had no interest in. Inconsistent information for the work that I wanted/needed doing and to top it off having offered and booked me an appointment they rang back to say someone else had booked. STAY AWAY
