Orchard Road Dental Surgery - Essex Family Dental Care

I was very impressed with this dental practice , as I needed a emergency appointment for my daughter and most dental practice had a difficult process and where not help full.

The reception team where very polite and help full, got a emergency appointment Same morning.

When I got there the receptionists where again polite and helpful, the place was clean and neat.

The dentist and the assistant dentist that saw my daughter where very good, carm and professional. Solved the problem.

Keep up the good work guys.

Me and my wife have now registered there.

Overall it deserves a 5 star, would highly recommend.

Dr David is an outstanding dentist. I had a gum infection for months. I am an extremely nervous patient due to poor treatment at other dentists. Dr David put me at ease and explained every part of my procedure. I've had 4 extractions for various reasons over the years, this was to be my 5th. Right from the off, he numbed the area before any injections so when he administered the injection, I barely felt it.
After a few minutes the injection had worked and my tooth removed. I'm so grateful to be finally pain free and it has restored my faith in dentists

I cannot recommend the hygienist Mirela & her nurse Debra enough at this surgery. They are the most professional kindest & informative people I know and put me totally at ease on every visit. Thankyou ladies

I have been to several dentist over the years in Dagenham, originally starting here when it was run by a lovely South African family (best dentist I’ve ever had) then moved away to join the military, and upon return I’ve been to almost every other dentist in the Borough.

Unfortunately I have issues with almost all of them, due to the state of the NHS and how they’re funded, they try to rush (sadly) your treatment without sufficient care and treatment.

Having rejoined this surgery, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the excellent service continues with Dr David, he really is an excellent dentist and is a credit to his profession.

If you’re looking for a dentist in Dagenham, if possible, then join this surgery, it is by far the best one in Dagenham.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had the treatment I needed before Christmas! Staff on reception called couriers and labs and bent over backwards for me and the dentist Mo was fab- I finally have the smile I’ve always wanted, just in time for Christmas!
Highly recommend!
