Don’t know where to start apart from the best practice I have ever been to! I had the unfortunate news of needing root canal and an extraction and that just did it for me! I was a mess of tears and anxiety! But the receptionists, nurse and dentist were beyond patient and got me thru! Even my friend was impressed! I was unbelievably anxious and they were just all so wonderful. I am so very grateful!

Only gave 1 star as I couldn't give 0. Received referral for this clinic for a tooth extraction 1 week before my wedding. Got told the turn around period is relatively quick as I am a private patient. Called clinic and spoke to a receptionship who lacked customer service skills. She practically laughed and said they were fully booked until October causing even further distress. Only for them to call me this afternoon to offer my an appointment this week. I had already spent three hours this morning calling other private dentists and asking them to squeeze me in. No compassion, lack of understanding. Burst into tears after coming off the phone to them!

Had a fear of dentists after much work as a child, but after several appointments here, I feel much better about going. Friendly and helpful team, and always an excellent service.

The practise is one of the most welcoming and comfortable dentist I’ve been to. Being slightly apprehensive of dentists in general, Dr Patel was great in making me feel at ease for my Invisalign treatment. I’m so pleased with my results and straight teeth! Thank you!

I have just had my appointment at the dentist, I have notified my dentist that I have never had anything done to my teeth so I feel anxious. I had two fillings done with injections which I took without stopping. I held onto the chair and closed my eyes but did not stop once as it wasn’t actually painful at all. The dentists assistant said that Ive done really well for someone who was anxious. The dentist I found was rude and dismissive and did not make me feel welcome at all. At the end he basically dismissed me and told me not to come back as he doesnt want to let me do the Invisalign as I said I was anxious. I felt like he was basically kicking me out. Not once I stopped him during the filling process and only asked questions which is quite reasonable and I am pretty sure as a dentist you should have some sort of patience and he had none. Its a private dentist so you would assume you would receive some sort of customer service, very disappointed.

Amazing service, my husband was in immense pain, within 10 minutes he was seen and a tooth extraction was completed! Fantastic staff!

Excellent service friendly and efficient.
After not attending the dentist for three years, l was still able to get an appointment an hour from my call for a tooth extraction.
The procedure was quick and simple with virtually no pain, the dentist even administering additional anaesthetic during the procedure to prevent any possible pain.
Perfect service all round.

I am the classic nervous patient! I absolutely hate the dentist and get super anxious! I was referred to Crawley dental clinic as I needed an extraction my own dentist couldn’t do!

First of all the reception team are amazing- really good at communication and they are on it with everything! Clear and concise from start to finish!

Then came the dreaded extraction! Sat in this dentist chair and Matt Botha was superb! Both hi and his assistant put me at ease and gave me breathing techniques and they were reassuring me all the way through! The level of care they gave me was phenomenal and I left thinking I wish this could be my dentist all the time!

What a gem of a place!
