The Barking Dental practice

Just registered the other day and got an appointment in not so long after. The lady that saw me was very nice and straightforward. I later booked for a hygienist and they made me pay in full over the phone before I got the treatment. Then one day before the appointment they cancel it saying the hygienist isn't coming in so they have to reschedule me. This has inconvenienced me as I am trying to get braces but need to see a hygienist first, so has delayed me by two weeks now.

The dental practice is very nice always clean, staff always polite & helpful. Before i had root canal treatment I was quite scared but when I arrived the dentist was very calming and said it will be fine. I was worked on for nearly 2hrs but I can say i didn’t feel a thing and it didn’t hurt at all.,I won’t be scared next time. The dentist the whole time was asking me if I was ok if I was in pain and constantly checking and reassuring me all the time it will be fine and not much more to do, and also explained everything he was doing to me. Thank you barking dental surgery.

Phoned this dentist surgery on the 15th February 2022 for a emergency appointment, I was told they couldn’t fit me in till the 9th March!
When I said again I need a emergency appointment, I was given 8th of March.
How the hell does that work?

Tried to book several times, never managed to see a dentist. First time receptionist got my data wrong, second time there was a paper on the door saying "the practice will be closed today for staff training". Nobody rang to inform me or postpone my booking, so I just traveled all the way to find it closed!

Been at this practice for nearly 5 years and the lady at the front reception called Guler Nazlivatan who is also the practice manager is very unprofessional and not friendly at all. She coudnt care less how you feel who how you are doing. She has always made me feel like am a burden when talking or asking her for a appointment. Very difficult person to deal with! Glad I dismissed myself. Best thing ever happened after the pandemic. Nightmare dentist and very rude manager. Even their staff hate her! Imagine!

Always such a breath of fresh air whenever I come for my checkups. The dentists and nurses are great but a special thanks to the manager for giving us an emergency appointment at short notice and assisting in my child's orthodontic referal.

the practice was very clean, my asian dentist she was very professional and the blonde lady at the front desk was very sweet . not sure whats the bad reviews about , been there for many years never seen no fault

Really happy with the treatment I received. I had a tooth extraction and the dentist was so calming and professional. I was super nervous but he done a brilliant job, he was carful and meticulous making sure I was comfortable all the time. 10/10.
The healing process hasn’t been too bad so far but I’m sure that is due to the care I was given in the chair and clear aftercare advice. Thanks again.
