Amazing dental practice with friendly and helpful staff. It's clean, in a good location and it has a nice waiting area with magazines and newspapers. I would highly recommend this place if you are able to come here.

Thank you to all the staff at treetops.
They always make you feel welcome and treat you with respect.
They are continuing to help people with treatment, in this difficult climate.
They take their patients safety very seriously, having many COVID safe systems.
This includes having to clean the treatment rooms between each patient.
Thank you all for your hard work and dedication and for continuing to provide an amazing service during these difficult times.

Very disappointed with them, I went to fix a fractured crown and they offered a provisional repair that would last a couple of years probably...4 days later the composite reparation failed. I asked for a new reparation and this time was attended by Dr. Cesar Goncalves, who was very kind and explained to me that the reparation probably would last only days-weeks for the difficulty of repair provisionally a crown with composite fixation. 4 days later again the reparation came off. I don't blame Dr Cesar that explained me all very well, but I blame the first doctor that lied me and made me pay £250 for a 4 days reparation without telling me the generally bad outcome of that procedure.

I've nothing but gratitude to this dental practice. I was suffering with horrendous pain for days due to an impacted wisdom tooth which unfortunately had succumbed to pericoronitis infection which left me with very inflamed swelling, pain, and even earache. As I wasn't registered with a dental practice since moving and completely forgot to register, I was at the mercy of finding an emergency appointment via NHS 111. Now, all attempts at finding help via NHS 111 failed miserably! They are honestly one of the most diabolical services this country has ever wasted national funding on! They gave me a few numbers to call for help, none of which would see me, even in such pain with evident facial swelling. I ended up going to A&E initially where thankfully I was prescribed antibiotics. I then took matters into my own hands and wrote emails to a number of dental practices, and Treetop Dental came to my aid. They wrote back to me very quickly explaining if I telephoned them the following day, they may have an appointment available as an emergency, but only once all their current registered patients had been allocated (which is absolutely understandable) I wrote an email the following morning and they asked me to go in later that day. I was so relieved to finally know I'd be getting adequate assistance! Once there, I was greeted by a warming smile and lovely demeanour from the receptionist that asked me to fill in the necessary forms as standard procedure. The dentist and his assistant that took care of me was very calming, ensured I wasn't in any anxiety or distress prior to having local anaesthetic to prepare for a deep clean, they were thorough and allowed me to take my time when I did feel a little uncomfortable with natural concerns. I was so relieved and grateful that I have now registered my whole family to the practice privately, as there just aren't enough NHS dentists to register with anymore. It's not the dentists themselves that are the issue no longer contracting to the NHS, it's the lack of pay and resources from the NHS to these hard working dedicated people that create the problem of a shortage nationwide. Please think very carefully whom you blame if you can't find the right help or financial aid. Many dentists are working extremely hard to ensure they help as many patients as possible, but they're not robots, and if they've not been funded proportionately, then they too require a fair wage. Our health should be a number 1 priority, and as such, I'm prepared to pay for my dental expenses if it means going without when I need dental treatment, and that's what everyone should be asking theirselves in these times, "how much do I value myself?" whilst I appreciate many of us are not financial secure and may be in receipt of benefits, sacrifices have to be made at times unless you can force your way into receiving treatment at A&E. The NHS needs a huge overhaul of where it spends its income, especially when we have an obesity epidemic that people are treated for which costs this country on average £6 billion annually, yet dental is covered less than half that amount. Priorities clearly need to be revised. Treetops - I wholeheartedly recommend and give gratitude for in my time of need.

My husband and I are delighted with the quality of dental care provided by Ms Emma Warner (hygienist) and Dr Cesar Goncalves. In addition to their professionalism, the Treetops team are friendly and helpful. The Covid safety measures are rigorously implemented and we have always felt safe when visiting the practice. We have no hesitation in recommending Treetops to anyone seeking first-class dental care.

Good care but a disappointingly equivocal in their communication

My wife and I both joined this practice after moving to Norwich.

The dentist we are seeing is very personable and seems very knowledgable. However we have impressions that the practice is a little ‘slippery’ on the financial side of things.

From our first contact with the practice, we stated that we would like to join the practice on Denplan. We were booked in for a new patient assessment, the receptionist telling us that this was a prerequisite for joining Denplan.

Following that appointment I was told I would need an appointment with the hygienist before being allowed to join Denplan.

After all that we have our Denplan Essentials assessment at which we are given a booklet which says “A pre-assessment of your oral health is not necessary.”

If we had been able to join the plan from the start as we had requested in the initial phone call we would have had the cost of our check ups and the hygiene visit covered by the plan.

We pointed this out in an email which as far as we can see has simply been ignored.

My advice for anyone considering joining would be to keep everything in writing and to be very exact with what you are asking for to avoid any potential for miscommunication.

Can i ask why those comments only about kindness we know where bug money then of course they will be kind because if not then don't get money and job this is important our tooth are they fixing okay or not. Kindness its suppost to be a natural and real. Not faje because you paying big money. I hate hipocrits where all talks sweet words but job is trash. We need to leave a comments nit how kind they are but how good job they are doing with out tooth. People please see the difference

Absolutely shocking customer service. The reception team are badly managed and the reception manager is one of the rudest and cattiest individuals I have come across. Terrible experience I won’t be going back.
