Poor bedside manners. When I asked for which local anaesthetic she used (as I felt dizzy after the procedure), she insisted that it was not the medication and brushed me off.

It is her responsibility as the medical professional administering the drug to ensure that the patient leaves her practice safe. But no, she just hurriedly kicked me out the room. The nurse though, atleast tried to give me water and kindly adviced me to sit it out at the reception.

I do not recommend this practice at all.

Nice practise was good with my four children

Was watching tv while doing treatment on my 3 kids. I complained to reception and the next time i went in my heart was sinking everytime i saw my child in pain and she was too busy watching tv not paying attento the childs feelings. Never went back there. It should be illegal to watch tv while doing treatments because its very dangerous.

I would advise that people don't go to this dentist. I am not happy with dentist as in September 2021 I had a check up on my teeth. The dentist checked my teeth by just glancing few times. I told her that I needed an xray for couple of my teeth as I am sure something is not right and I need treatment. She wouldn't even give me a clean. After three months I found that my crown fell off with a bit of tooth.i went to see the same dentist in December. She tells me that I should go to private dentist to do the root and then she can do me a crow she also said I needed filling in other two teeth. I was so upset because I lost my front tooth. The dentist and the receptionist are so lazy. They have no patients but their treatment is very bad. Please don't ho there.

I advise you not to go to this Dentist, because my child got an infection on all the gums, put a seal of poor quality, started chasing a tooth, now he drinks antibiotics, the child has all his teeth hurt, There was another dentist, he was shocked by what he saw in the child's mouth. And when we waited 3 months for an appointment, we came and the dentist did nothing but just look into the mouth. At the moment, the child has very big problems with his teeth.

4 and a half years this dentist messed up my filling, they never fixed it, and for the last 2and half years I've been trying to get this same tooth sorted out, my last appointment I wanted the infection cleaned and the pain(every 3-6months) dealt with, dentist looked did xray and nothing to ACTUALLY help.

I pretty much am just giving up and going though emergency dentist appointments with OTHER dentist as I can't sign up to a new dentist 🙃.

This Dental Surgery is the worst ever on the earth. The book appointments and dentist don't even come and the reschedule. They left me out in pouring rain with 2 kids aged 6 and 3 while the waiting area is fully empty. no seriousness towards their job. Its business she is running without any rules you cant make complaint as next thing you heard is your registration is cancelled. who want to come to you after that anyway. Receptionist slammed the door on me saying you have to wait out. The dont even deserve 1star but got no choice
