The reception team at Mydentist Longbridge Road are extremely rude, they have lack of empathy and are quick to take people off the register. Stay well away from this dentist surgery!! You'll be doing yourself a favour.

Absolutely vile receptionists. I called up getting an earlier appointment and the first woman I spoke to hung up on me after I tried to explain my situation. I called up again and the same woman, answered pretending to be a colleague and accused me of being rude when all I wanted was an earlier appointment as I was not a new patient, I've been going there since I was 5 years old. I knew it was the same woman as she had the same indian accent. I told the lady I was the one who was hung up on and that its unprofessional and rude. The lday said if i have an issue with the system to contaxt the manager, i asked for the managers name and email or contact number and was hung up on again, and the next day I recieve a letter saying I'm kicked out because I was rude even though if they were to play those call recordings back, it's evident that I was not rude just asking a lot of questions. It's sad because Melissa Baten is a great dentist and shes always taken care of me, unfortunately, the receptionists have let this dental company down. I worked in the NHS so I do understand how people treat us and theyre annoying with many questions, but it does not mean we treat them the same. I will be contacting NHS England about this as this is not the first time the receptionists have been rude.

This dentist has been amazing. My 80 year old dad has had so many problems with his dentures at other dentists and the head receptionist Chetna has been really helpful and supportive to getting him the care and support to keep him comfortable. Highly recommend this practice for their care and understanding for their customers.

I was originally nervous to visit due to being embarrassed of the lack of care I have giving my teeth for the last two years . however my visit with the staff here made everything worth it . I was greeted by the lovely Pam who right away made me feel so welcome. I then went in for my appointment with Mihaela and Rajia, who right away listened to me and my concerns and made me feel so at ease and not embarrassed at all . The staffs warmth and consideration was absolutely wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for their service . A wonderful team and professional great service.

Great practice and fantastic service. Always welcomed upon arrival and all the staff are extremely friendly from the receptionists, Chetna and Josie through to the Mihaela the hygienist.

I’ve always had a pleasant experience here and would highly recommend as the care for their patients are second to none.

First visit in a long while.

I had my annual checkup on Sunday 27th November, with a new dentist Sean McNally (he was calming & professional).
New changes in place, but Josie receptionist still there and greeted me with excellent customer service as usual.
I will be back in the near future.

The receptionist's all have disgusting attitudes. You ask them a simple questions and they’re ready to start an argument. If you can’t do your job as a receptionist without having a stinking attitude find a job that has no customer communication. It’s a shame because the dentist here are great but those snobby receptionist really let you down

Appointments keep getting canceled .
I am taking day off from work, especially to make it to the appointment after waiting months for it just to get it cancelled for the same reason all the time.
Disgrace , after spending so much money on a private treatment.
