Bromley Dental Studio

The dental practice has been newly refurbished and is looking very smart - the receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

Very impressed with my dentist Naveen - have been seeing him for about a year now and he also sees my two boys. He instantly put me at ease when I was feeling a bit nervous on my first appointment and is kind, caring and extremely thorough. His dental nurse is also lovely. Not scared to see the dentist anymore!

Recently had a course of treatments carried out by Dr Smita assisted by dental nurse Louise, these included Cap replacements, white fillings and dental bonding over a course of weeks. I’m extremely pleased with the results. My teeth look fantastic and very natural and much improved. I highly recommend Dr Smita for this kind of work, she puts you at ease and both her and Louise genuinely care about your welfare during each visit.

I was followed by Dr Smita and Nurse Louise. I couldn’t ask for more! They are excellent.

They are so helpful with any issues you might have with your tooth. I had several problems and Dr. Smita was always ready to resolve it.

Excellent service ever!

I did whitening treatment as well and the results was WOW.

Sept 14 (9 - 10am appt) ...Dr Nav & his lady assistant , to Ms Kelly & Sylvia...& the receptionists.....were very accommodating, effecient and friendly-caring ...never hurrying or pushy to anything....I will be coming back to make more appointments & to recommend to friends, colleagues & family.

For years, Bromley Dental Studio, and particularly my dentist, Leo Tam, have provided me with exceptional dental care. Leo is not only a very skilled and highly proficient dentist, but he is gentle, kind and reassuring. He explained every step of the procedure, and engaged with me throughout, to make sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. In my 50+ years of seeing various dentists, both in the UK and US, Leo is by far the most professional and most personable one I have seen. In addition to my highest recommendation of Leo, I similarly praise the hygienists and receptionists at Bromley Dental Studio, and extend my huge thanks to the entire team.

Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience at this dental studio and found the receptionist with red hair was extremely rude and non - compassionate. I missed an appointment due to a member of my family falling very sick and being rushed to hospital.

As I failed to notify the surgery prior to my appointment I missed, due to this family emergency, they discharged me from the surgery and told me I am not allowed to return. The receptionist completely dismissed me when I tried to explain to her and had no time to try and reason with me.
It's such a shame that there seems to be a lack of understanding and compassion.

I have never left a review for dental treatment before as it seems a bit weird but had to leave a review as the treatment and care has been amazing.
I am always a bit nervous going to the dentist as it takes me time to feel at ease. My dentist Dr Smita is great she puts you at ease, explains everything well and is always checking i'm okay when having my treatment (not a fan of the drilling or injections). My dental nurse Louise is fantastic always having a good chat when I am able to speak :).
They are both a great asset to Bromley Dental Studio.

I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and my experience has always been exemplary - a real testament to the practices' aim for excellence in everything they undertake. Grateful thanks also goes to the dental assistants whose calming presence is always appreciated. Can't recommend highly enough.
