My appointment has been cancelled by my dentist 3/4 times for no reason whatsoever. I’m extremely unhappy about this as it has affected my children as well.

This is a rubbish Dental surgery all ways problems they even messed up my tooth you really don’t want to go to this surgery best specially don’t take your kids there if you want best for them

When looking for new new dentist, most surgeries would only be able to give me an appointment 1 month later but this one managed to give me one in 1 week.

I was a little sceptical and read other feedback saying they always cancel the the appointments and the dentist is always sick but I thought surely is wasn't all the time.

Well my appointment supposed to be right now and I received a call few minutes ago saying Mr Petal wont be available today because he is sick. I wasn't surprised. They tried offering me another appointment in 1 weeks time, I would rather wait a month with a known dentist than this unprofessional one.

I would go as far as saying they offer quick appointments just to get more customers in and keep cancelling it until an proper available date. Fraud.

If you're looking for a dentist then save your time and don't book an appointment with this dentist instead wait a little more with a decent one with better reviews.
