Since I had teeth straightening treatment done here, I visited the clinic frequently for around 16 months. I am quite pleased with the outcomes, the level of service I had from beginning to end (from the appointment to the treatment), and the staff's professionalism and warmth. An amazing dentist who took excellent care of me deserves special recognition. They always made sure that my problems were heard with sympathetic ears and addressed with expert hands, at every step of the way. Excellent experience right away. When I initially stepped into the clinic, I thought it was absolutely spotless and well-designed. The entire team was outstanding. My appointment was scheduled over the phone by a helpful staff member with experience. I was welcomed at the office by a receptionist who was exceedingly welcoming, gracious, impressive, and accommodating. Dr. Mostofi saw me and immediately made me feel at ease. He was fantastic; he was kind, considerate, reliable, and sorry. He also explained everything clearly, involved me in the decision-making process, and completely and sincerely informed me about my treatment options.

They all provide exceptional customer service and are very courteous, helpful, and nice, from the receptionist to the nurse and dentist. When I need an emergency appointment, they always offer me one, generally the same day. My mother was treated by Dr. Mostofi, and she has never been happier. He and his staff also took care of me, and I am beyond pleased with the outcomes.
