Broughton Dental Practice

Terrible Service. I called out to see this dentist as a emergency between Christmas and New Year as my front veneer had fallen off. I was charged £130.00 for the call out and for her to stick the veneer back on. After 3 weeks the veneer had fallen off again (Shoddy Work). I rang the dentist to see if she would stick it on again, as after paying £130.00 I would have thought that there at least would be some sort of guarantee for her work, only to be told that she would not help.

Terrible customer service and daylight robbery can be the only words used to describe her attitude, in my trade if I had done work for someone only for it to last 3 weeks, I would be bending over backwards to try to help them.

I would NOT recommend this dentist at all, but if you want to go to someone who obviously only has pound signs in her eyes, then she might be the dentist for you.

Priti has been my dentist since she joined the practice 12 years ago. I have needed extensive treatment over the years which has always been completed in a professional manner. Priti makes sure you don't experience any pain and has a cheerful and caring disposition. I would recommend this Dental Practice for anyone wanting a dentist who keeps up to date with techniques and equipment in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

I had been with my dentist for over 25 years when we moved to the area and was nervous about choosing a new one. I had no need to worry! On entering the practice I was welcomed warmly by the staff. Always being a little scared of the dentist I was immediately put at ease by Priti and have since introduced my partner and my mum to the practice. Having struggled to find a dentist that would make a denture that would fit me correctly, a friend recommended Broughton Dental Practice. I found the staff to be helpful, friendly and professional. Mark the technician has made a denture that fits me. He is very caring and understanding and made me feel very comfortable in his care so much so I felt I could ask him anything in regards to my denture. If you struggle like I did then I would not hesitate to recommend Broughton Dental Practice especially Mark.

I have been using Pritti's as my dentist since she took over surgery. I could not be happier with her care and abilities. I work and live abroad, but keep this as my surgery, visiting the UK twice a year. The dental work carried out on the whole of my families teeth has been brilliant. Pritti also offers cosmetic treatments as well and she is highly experienced in these.
I spotted the 1negative review and have to say "A call out, New Years Eve" Very reasonable price to pay £130 for an emergency fix of a veneer. Try getting a plumber for an emergency on New Years Eve.
