I am very surprised by the quality of dental services in UK. It's below average and they use very old tecniques. I had very bad experience and keep blaming myself all the time for visiting a dentist in UK.

Please avoid dentists here are inexperienced and cause more damage than they fix Jess the manager was helpful in trying to solve the problem but that doesn’t detract from the fact that the dentists rent the room from my dentist and work as self employed ,due to covid and Jess trying to get the problem resolved the damage caused by a female practitioner I now have gone over the 2 year limit of what is outlined in law to sue for malpractice and as such have no recourse. Avoid using this branch of my dentist at all costs is my advice.

Very pleased with the service, The dentist, assistant and receptionist were very welcoming with a smile. Would recommend, but if you join I may not get an appointment. Simply the best dentist in Leicester definitely recommend, professionalism guaranteed.

I had the worse experience today! my 12yrs son had an appointment at 10:15am that I paid for in advance! I called the dentist clinic at 08:00 to rearrange the appointment as my little boy woke up very Ill, he had chest infection, fever 39*, cold and flu, I had to take him urgently to the doctor this morning, he was prescribed 2 bottles of antibiotics and more medicine! as it’s quite bad.
At 11:14am I have received a call from the dentist thinking they have managed to book him another appointment after he gets better instead she said the dentist changed me £12.00 even though I called at 08.00am and told them that my boy is unwell!!
What kind of dentist take advantage of his clients this way!!! Bear in mind I recently spent over £1000 in treatment at this dentist!!
This is what we call legal theft. Shame on you!!

Can’t fault them the receptionist with friendly and very helpful and the dentist agreed a plan with me on work i need doing.
Never been the biggest fan of dentists but these are great .so far they’ve tuck my fear of the dentist chair away.

Worst dentist ever. Please avoid them and do not register. They will ask you to pay for appointment, then they will cancel it and give you an appointment after 6 months, which is ridiculous.

After many years of avoiding the dentist due to bad experiences I have now found the one that I feel able to go to . I had my first experience due to pain but was looked after so well I have continued to go for several appointments and each time have been made to feel at ease by all members of staff , they are understanding and sympathetic to my long term fears , they explain everything and never seem to rush you if your not quite relaxed enough,I feel that I will finally get my teeth and gums all sorted now I have a dentist that I feel comfortable to go to and have even gone to appointments on my own for treatment which I never thought I would be able to do .

Waqas Tahir is an excellent dentist who provided high quality dental work. Couldn’t ask for more than this. Explained everything well before treatment and detailed the costs. Highly recommend him and the team. Good Covid protection measures in place.

It’s a pity there are no new NHS registrations for 18 months, only accepting new private patients. I did have to wait 20 minutes beyond my appointment time on both occasions I’ve been which is slightly irritating- but I accept that things do crop up.

Overall myDentist is a good dental practice so I have no reservations in recommending them to new customers.
