I always have a good experience with Mr Hamilton who is calm, personable and professional. Recently I had a sudden onset toothache. I called and was given an emergency appointment quickly. Mr Hamilton came up with a quick solution that met my needs as I was about to go away. No toothache and antibiotics just in case. Follow up was quick and efficient too. I am dentist phobic but not with this dentist. Highly recommend.

I needed an emergency appointment for an infected Wisdom tooth and decided to go private. I called and spoke to the most warm and friendly receptionist I have ever dealt with. Very sympathetic and fitted me in for an appointment less than two hours later. Treatment was prompt but very friendly and reassuring. Will be using this as my go to dental practice going forward. Highly recommend.

Always a first class service. I have been with them for more than 20 years. Only trouble now is trying to appointments within a couple of months, because they are so good, too many people now use this practice

I’ve been a patient of Duncan Hamilton for several years. I’m always impressed by him. Friendly and calm, he explains the treatment required (with any options) and then carries it out efficiently and to a high standard - ably assisted by Jo. Certainly the best dentist I’ve had in a fairly long lifetime.

I have had a really wonderful experience when I contacted Heathcote. I had a broken tooth in the front of my mouth. I was desperate for help. I really needed help quickly and Ben Woods was fantastic. He helped me and I felt so relived. I was soon on my way home. I followed Ben Woods to Heathcote and eventual two years ago. He is reliable, he is fantastic dentist.

My dentist Mr Hunter is amazing! Kind, friendly, explains everything, answers all my questions and any worries! I always leave happy and I have never had any pain or need for follow ups after work is carried out! Thank you, never leave!

Amazing staff always are willing to help and to find a solution if it is requested or required. Despite it is a dentist experience, they make you feeling confortable and care. I highly recommend this dentist practise.
