OUTSTANDING DENTAL PRACTICE!
I had two implants fitted and the work has been first class. The practice is exceptionally modern and well-equipped. The Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Simon Robinson undertook the considerable work to provide the two implants. He is, in my opinion, the best dentist I have ever had. His work is of the highest quality and he works closely and in harmony with his experienced dental assistant. He informs you of what he is doing and also gives you options and advice. His post-treatment care has also been outstanding. The implants have now been in place for some time and look and feel perfect. I'm very grateful for the expertise and professionalism of Simon and his team and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robinsons Dental Practice to anyone.

The words "delight" and "dentist" don't usually appear together except in a dictionary. However, I was delighted with the dental treatment I received at Robinsons recently. From the cheerful welcome by Sam on reception who made me feel like an old friend to the treatment itself. I'm an anxious patient but Simon and Lauren were extraordinarily attentive, working like an enthusiastic tag team and radiated such confidence and positivity that it was hard for me to be anything but relaxed and assured. All of this has surprisingly left me looking forward to returning for the final part of the treatment to complete my first two dental implants.

So happy I chose this practice for my treatment. Kate and her team has transformed my smile and I am so grateful for what Kate has done. She has done a first class job and outstanding dental work for me. Thank you for my beautiful teeth. My smile is just perfect! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this practice. Thank you for a great care!

On recommendation I went to Robinsons Dental Practice to seek advice on implants to my top set of teeth. I saw Simon Robinson who took time and patience to explain the complexities of implants. As a result a dental plan was arranged and work commenced. I now have a full set of teeth which I am proud to show off. I have full confidence in Robinsons and would highly recommend to anyone searching for an excellent dental practice.

I'll admit, I am one who like thousands, don't like going to the dentist. Everyone here though, from reception to the dentists are so kind and caring and make you feel at ease. Cannot recommend enough Gabriela and the other dentists here!

Great Dentists
I had to come in for a tooth extraction and was terrified. Absolutely dreading it.
Francisco and his assistant were reassuring and kind. The procedure didn’t last too long and Francisco managed to remove the tooth without me even realising. Fantastic !
Lovely receptionists , always a smile. Thanks to all

Deeply disappointed by Dr Ostramouva the dermatologist who less than 24 hours before my stitches removal cancelled the appointment due to illness. Completely understandable we all get ill, but she cancelled her nurse attending too and since he removed the stitches earlier in the year there was no reason he couldn't have done so in this instance. Instead I was just fobbed off to the NHS forcing me to queue for ages at the practice and then my GP was fully booked and so a nurse at the hospital had to do it. Not the NHS's responsibility to be covering private consultants, I was massively inconvenienced too having to cancel another appointment to deal with it and now she claims the stitches could have gone a third week (which I was told at the time they couldn't) and a follow up appointment would have cost another fee to avoid refunding me anything too.... Not one word of apology just denial and accusation..

I have been to a couple of dentists in between being at Robinsons. I think you can tell an awful lot about the dynamics - a happy reception nornally means things are working and it's a good place to work. You can also tell with the interaction between dentists and staff in general.

From my observations in the waiting room......... appointments on time, no appointments being cancelled, a lovely building and great dynamics of staff.... everything just seems to be running in harmony.
