South Cliff Dental Group, Steyning

As a new patient to the practice, I was slightly nervous about my appointment. After my initial assessment I felt very much at ease.
All staff are exceptionally polite and attentive, my dentist Roccio, explained everything perfectly and was very efficient and gentle in her work.
Excellent practice with excellent staff.

I had an issue with my crown falling off (work done by a different practice)
I rang on the Monday, had an appointment by Friday morning and it was recemented there and then.
The Dentist was very friendly, put me at my ease, very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job with my fitting.
The information verbally received for after care was very helpful.
Lovely reception team too. Welcoming and very helpful.
Definitely recommend.

Not impressed. Previous checkup date cancelled. I had to ring to make another date as promised call from dentist didn't happen. Also dentist was reluctant to do a "brief" clean of my teeth until I suggested it was part of the check up procedure. Reception tell me they are operating on temporary staff. Must do better!

Firstly I have to say how lovely all the reception team are at the Steyning Dental Group, whenever I have called them they are so kind, helpful and really do offer amazing customer service. They have always called me back and have done their upmost to assist with appointments. I have been dealing with Lydia currently and she has been just lovely every time I have spoken with her, she has gone out of her way to help me and I really do appreciate all she has done. I know the practice has had staffing issues but it is a difficult time, they currently have a dentist in situ and he was very calm, professional and a gentleman. His nurse was charming and they both made the experience endurable. Thank you to you all.

We had our first appointment today as a family since my children & I joined! I’m an extremely nervous patient & I was put at such ease it was absolutely fantastic! I really can’t thank ALL of the staff enough! I won’t feel half as anxious at my next appointment I’m sure. Great with my husband and kids too! Thank you so much!

I’ve had a text requesting a review after my “recent visit”. My “recent visit” had actually been cancelled because yet again, the dentist had left the surgery. The staff turnover of dentists is incredibly high here and of the last 4/5 visits for periodic check-ups I’ve seen many different dentists who all say they’re relatively new to the surgery etc etc. Quality of care hasn’t been an issue but continuity of care is absent. Every time I’m tempted to find a new surgery as 90% of the time visits are scheduled, they get cancelled.

Efficient and well managed dental clinic. From the moment I arrived at South Cliff Dental in Steyning I was impressed. It was my first visit and reception staff were professional and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be called in to see my dentist Nirpal Kalsi. After explaining some of my dental history he examined my teeth. He took time to explain exactly the best route to the further treatment I needed. His dental nurse was very efficient too. My next appointment is now booked by the friendly reception staff. Would highly recommend.

I have just recently registered at this dental surgery, but they came through when I needed an emergency appointment for a suspected abscess.

I'm an extremely anxious patient, and I explained this as soon as I sat in 'The Chair'. The lovely female dentist was understanding and made an effort to explain everything and didn't overly fuss with my mouth, which was appropriate for this appointment.

She made a short term plan for me without going into too much detail and I came away feeling relieved and hopeful.

An all round brilliant service, from reception to treatment. I'm so glad I registered here when I did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly. I'm going to register my husband and son before word gets out that this dentist's is super!
