Rude dentist, treats NHS patients like rubbish. If you have anxiety or a mental condition, forget about it, they’ll treat you like a piece of dirt. Worst dentist experience in 40 years - shocking, disrespectful and disgusting. Never again.

Went there a fews years back,never ever again,I waited 3 weeks for a appointment as I was told they were very good by the reception lady when I went I was is alot of pain with one tooth he poked it and made it worse and said come back in 2 weeks no pain relief while he was examining my tooth and no pain killer was offered to me he said they can't give out pain killers left me in excruciating pain I had to dial 111 I ended up losing my tooth

Absolutely first class dentist , I am a very nervous patient and the professionalism and process to calm me was a huge help , from meeting the the receptionist who was a huge help in calming me , to going through the treatments that I needed was a calm and in the end a happy experience for me ... would recommend.

Had 4 teeth out and I'm a very nervous patient but the dentist was brilliant and the receptionist lovely too.

I would recommend this to anyone. Dr Kondel is skilled and coutious. I have been going here for 15 years and no complaints. Reception staff are always helpful.

Have used them for many years. Friendly reception, i go to the hygienist and dentist there. I highly recommend them. Our family and neighbours use them.

Left my partner with potentiality permanent nerve damage, even charged her twice, he thinks he's good, even says he is... I wouldn't trust him to open a post box...

I've been seeing Dr Kondel for over 15 years and he has always been friendly and professional. He, his hygienists, and his receptionist are very caring and helpful.
