Dentist Practice Katoomba in Horley

My fiancé and I joined Katoomba recently and can not rate this Dental Practice highly enough. As a very nervous patient I was reluctant to go, but with our wedding drawing closer we decided to join after reading all the other excellent reviews. From the moment we walked through the door we felt so welcome, and at ease. Sandy on reception was so lovely and helpful. Dr Loader and Suzanne helped us get our smiles looking great for our wedding and the treatment we have received has been excellent. Everything has been done to the highest standard, was completely pain free and I actually feel confident going to the dentists now. Couldn’t thank everyone at Katoomba enough.

My first time to Katoomba Dentist Practice and what a fantastic practice it is! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Dr Liu and he was brilliant. A true professional and I left very happy with the end result. I now have no discomfort at all. Would highly recommend!

Outstanding Service from beginning to end.

I joined Katoomba recently and was welcomed by Elsie over the phone and she very politely talked me through my options.

Upon arrival I was greeted by receptionists Linda and Sandy, who again were both very friendly and attentive.

Finally, Dr Liu and Nurse Jenna tied the whole experience together. My concerns were addressed and my questions were answered. The entire team honestly made it a pleasure to be there for the afternoon.

My only regret, I wish I joined Katoomba sooner.

I have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and I can only describe this dental service as excellent in every way. The staff are some of the nicest, friendliest people offering immense attention to detail and care with the cleanliness of a hospital theatre. My teeth are (and have always been) in excellent order due to the work of Graham Loader and his team. My wife has used other dentists in Sussex closer to our home, but when she moved to this practice in Horley a few years ago, she has been “singing their praises” ever since! If you are lucky enough to join this practice, you would not be disappointed. A full Five Stars!

We have been patients with this practice for many decades. Over those years we have received the most caring and professional service from all the members of staff. From routine appointments to making emergency calls for urgent treatment, the care received has, on every occasion, been to the highest standard. It seems these days that poor service is generally all too common. Thankfully here is an example of excellence.

I registered at Katoomba Dentist Practice in January 2021 and what a fantastic practice it really is! The reception staff are very friendly and personable and I always feel very comfortable when I visit. My first appointment was with Dr Chih Liu and I knew straight away I was in safe hands. I had a very professional consultation and we agreed that day, I would begin my composite journey. Since my consultation, ive had regular reviews and today I was fitted with composite bonds which i can say i'm extremely happy with the end result. A true professional within a fantastic team, I would highly recommend!

We as a family are registered with Katoomba dental practice for more than 5 years. A very friendly and professional setup. Dr Navid Jamil is a very friendly knowledgeable and professional dentist in his approach. We are thoroughly satisfied with services received so far. Not to forget the emergency care my son got when he locked his jaw during the Covid lock down, once again Dr Naveed's expertise rescued him. Would highly recommend the Katoomba Dental practice.

Overall had a really positive experience at Katoomba. Staff were friendly and professional. I had my wisdom tooth removal done by Dr. Liu and the pain was completely gone.
