Goldhawk Dental Centre - Relocated next door Dental W12

I have been coming here for years with a pause of two years recently when I moved. I have returned to the surgery and have so far had a great experience. The fantastic old receptionist has left sadly so that part of things has slipped a bit but I have seen the same dentist and had the best hygienist appointment to date - a really thorough job. She was also very good and patient with my 4 year old and 2 year old when they had their check-ups.

Lovely staff and excellent treatment. Had a cleaning as well as a filing and very pleased with both treatments.

Many of the reviews with few stars must relate to an old practice or staff.

Have a treatment plan in place and will go to this clinic on a regular basis as i am very happy.

My dentist made me feel easy and relaxed, which is not easy as I am always a bit nervous. She did a thorough job, veneers covering my front teeth, which were naturally small and with a huge diastema. Now I have a very natural looking smile and it's just wonderful. Also, I can bite normally and got used to it very soon. Thumbs up!

Ive been a patient since I was a child. I felt they did a bad job on my root canal when I was a boy. And subsequently had to pay a lot of money for a specialist to rectify. I returned to Goldhawk road dental centre for a filling and felt they did a rush job and i left feeling my tooth was in greater risk of breaking (after paying a lot of money to save it). I returned after making a compliant. And the head dentist on site attempted a fix. This lasted little more than a couple weeks before the filling fell out.

The only reason I'm not giving this dental centre 1 star is because my dentist was a nice person. But I'm not happy with her work

I had a dentist appointment on 24/01/2020. It was just a check-up, with the notion that I had some build-up which needed to be removed via a cleaning.
The doctor (East Asian looking lady) recomended treatment of some minor decay, plus cleaning, to be done on the following session. This would require a band 1 payment for the present session, plus a band 2 payment after the second session.
I told the doctor that for now I was just interested in the band 1 treatment which included the cleaning. Immediately one more case of decay was found, I suspect with the purpose of pushing me to band 2. The doctor suggested treating everything as band 2 in the next session.
I said I just wanted the above described band 1 treatment, and the doctor, who was visibly not very happy, reluctantly said yes but only cleaned the back of 4 teeth stating that those were the only ones with buildup. I could see and feel buildup in other teeth though, but I guess it was quicker for her to clean just 4 teeth.
Terrible service. Never again.

Reception was patient, kind and helpful. The dentist which I had was also very kind and professional. Looking at the reviews before coming here got me worried, but after being there I guess I was worried for nothing. The place have changed and they provide professional and good service.

Great dentist. Having using this place for nearly 10 years. I've had several root canals, fillings, hygienist cleans and I can say I've had no issues. Easy to book appointments well into the future and getting emergency treatment is always quick and feel I can always trust I'll get the treatment I need when I need it. Thanks team 👍

Terrible service. They change your dentist every other appointment. 0 consistency.

Last (and final time) I went not only did they cancel 5 mins before, but refused to try and fit me in despite having taken the whole day off.

Will never go here again.
