Sawtry Dental Surgery

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. I got greeted with a month delay and a £82.50 fine - almost double the amount of a standard examination.

They failed to realise that as part of the £1500 treatment plan I had previously agreed to, an earlier appointment was already booked on the system making the new date seem a bit odd.

As a business owner I understand the inconvenience cancellations cause, however, i wouldn’t dream of fining a customer for cancelling an appointment and then disregard their future custom.

Cancellations happen, you show some understanding, manage the diary, pull appointments forward and offer a new appointment at a more convenient time. You don’t bite the hand that feeds you.

Dr Lee is a fantastic dentist leading an amazing team. Always feel welcome coming in and getting treatment (and I’m a very nervous patient!) My teeth looking stunning now, i couldn’t be happier now I have the confidence to smile to my friends and family!! Thanks so much to all the team at Sawtry Dental Practice :D

After they cancelled my appointment I had waited months for (only an hour before I was meant to arrive), they had zero care and tried to reschedule it 2 months later, they had zero care for me as a new patient.

Brilliant dentist . Communication is superb , Lee even texts me personally to make sure I am not in pain after treatment . All of the staff are friendly and extremely efficient . I would not hesitate in recommending . First class in every way .
