I’ve been treated by Inga on two occasions now for a High Gloss Diamond Polish and she is incredibly thorough. I tend to ‘gag’ easily and so she is extremely mindful of this and has great empathy. I throughly recommend.

I can't recommend Smilepod enough.
I've been grinding my teeth for years and had to see a lot of different doctors because I lived in a lot of different European countries. I've been treated by Ana Polidoro for the last few years now and she's fantastic. She's very knowledgeable, she won't recommend stuff that's not worth doing, and on top she's super nice!
I've had cleaning and hygiene treatments from different members of staff and it's always been excellent! I don't go anywhere else.

Went for the Diamond polish. Inga, who is the hygienist specialist, was very professional and friendly. It was my first dentist appointment after 7 years and Inga did an exceptional job. I had all the hard plaque/tartar removed, including the stains I had from smoking! My teeth looks all fresh and clean. Inga also provided some great advice as well as providing me with couple of tiny brushes for me to clean areas that are in-between my teeth :) Highly recommend Inga for hygiene clean and polish.

Terrible experience!!! been Smilepod customer since 2016 & I had awful treatment on Friday the 4th March that left me with unusual pain and over sensitivity.

It's been 10 days now and I'm still having over sensitivity issues usually this never been the case and I always had great pleasure but this time something definitely has went wrong somewhere in provided treatment

I have been meaning to write this review for the longest time! I cannot fault Dr Raj and his team for their brilliant service. Dr Raj’s consultation was concise and clear and he was extremely professional. Raj is extremely experienced, his judgement and expertise shaped my teeth to perfection! I was quoted 10-12 months for my top and bottom braces and my teeth came out amazing. I also had my teeth cleaned with the hygienist afterwards. Smilepod Bank branch is clean, courteous and all the staff are knowledgable, I have referred a few people to them. Keep up the good work! Simone

I would not recommend Smilepod Bank. They can not be trusted. I visited the Periodonist, Anju Kumar for a periodontal consultation. At the end of the consultation, I was quoted a price for further work.The next day, I received an email stating the cost would be far more than was originally quoted, with no explanation, an no change in treatment description. I would also add that during the interview I was asked intrusive questions about what I did for a living. None of that should be relevant to my treatment. The dentist Anju Kumar pretended to say it was because she wanted to know if I had any meetings, as this would effect my ability to speak after local anaesthetic. However, she could have just made this point, rather than prying into personal information. I now think this was a "SOCIAL ENGINEERING" attempt by her, to see how much she could get away with charging. I am now wondering if her analysis can be trusted at all, as she was motivated by financial gain. I have been a Smilepod customer for a number of years, this is one of many incidents I have now come to realize were probably motivated more by financial greed rather than patient care. I will no longer use them for anything.

I have been going to Smilepod Bank for my hygienist appointments for the last couple of years. I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to dental appointments but I felt very much at peace during my procedure thanks to Inga who is a hygienist specialist. I did a Diamond polish with her and she did an excellent job. She is very friendly, gentle and knowledgeable in her area of work. She also provided me with great advice on dental hygiene. I would highly recommend her.

Not recommended. Around 2 months ago I have a cracked molar and was not been able to eat for over 10 days. Being so frustrated and pain I had made an appointment for an “Emergency Treatment to relieve pain” that cost £149. During that 30mins session, there was no treatment to relieve my pain at all other than 2 x-ray, but instead asked if i am covered with insurance, and quote me to do further treatment that cost over £2000. When I asked how to relieve my pain, she just told me to keep on taking painkillers until further treatments. I left the clinic without any pain relief. No wonder this place was so easy to book.

I visited another dentist eventually, and he identified that the molar had bacteria infection and need to cure before any other treatments, and that was the main reason of the pain.
