Dentist Kent Identics Dental Clinic by Tooth Club

I have just moved back into the area after many years away. I was very pleased to be able to walk into the premises and register immediately and then have a full dental check within a few days.
I have now booked with the hygienist and will be contacted in six months time for my next main appointment.

I cannot recommend this Dental Practice enough. Always a warm welcome by their friendly and attentive Reception Staff. Their Dentists and Hygienists are meticulous and thorough.

Very nice and clean dentist lovely staff however they asked me to pay £800 deposit for an appointment before I had even had a consultation with a dentist, I understand deposits are there for a reason and so people attend but £800!!

After a few years problem free! After phoning to make an appointment with terrible tooth ache I was told we have an appointment in 2 weeks time but have a space for hygienist!! Only interested in making money no patient care now at all, gone down hill massively I’m out! My money will be appreciated else where.

Like many people, I'm not comfortable going to the dentist and put it off for longer than i should have. Having moved to the area last summer, I looked for local dentist and read of some real horror stories. Identics stood out from the others, so I thought i have nothing to lose.

So i called up and straight away the receptionist put me a ease and managed to secure me an emergency appointment the next day. The dentist, asked about the issues I had and made no judgements like some do, provided me with all options.

To conclude, it will be somewhere were I i would go back to in order to get my dental treatment done. The building is quite calming and I would recommend them based on my contact so far.

I have just visited Identics Dental Clinic for my latest checkup. The staff are very welcoming and professional. They make you feel at ease and answer any questions you have about your dental care.

Friendly reception, prompt appointment, professional technicians and nurses who explained every aspect of the work carried out, and a calm, confidence boosting atmosphere. Close to my home, but I'd be happy to travel to utilise their outstanding services.

Wasn't too impressed with my earlier visits due to them running behind despite having the first appointment of the day. Lately it has been much better which is appreciated. The team are lovely and I'm pleased with the services provided.
