The lovely staff at the counter made for a very calming experience. They made me feel at ease after treatment and forget about my funny feeling face!

I know I’m too old for a sticker, but I still got one of my favorite Star Wars character… which is always a bonus!

Set out a goal of being able to smile confidently on my wedding day. Decided to have braces and then composite bonding using the smile fast option after being recommended it by the branch manager All the staff are always smiling and you can sense a togetherness amongst the staff . I had Lustina carry out my dental work who was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and then guided me step by step throughout the process. Her attention to detail is second to none I couldn’t recommend her enough. The team at genix are also very flexible and always managed to get me an appointment time that suited me. Overall my experience with Lustina and the genix team was perfect and I would recommend her and the staff everyday of the week . So happy with my final result.

Both my husband and I been patients for a number of years. The service is excellent from the minute you are greeted at reception. The student dentists are very thorough and conscientious in their examinations and are fully supported throughout by the qualified dentist with regard to any advice or treatment required. It’s a spacious, clean and modern surgery with a helpful team who go that little bit extra to make you feel at ease.

Amazing dentist firstly yasmin (receptionist) i wouldn't have even come in if it wasn't for her taking time to reassure me that I would be OK (hate the dentice) she really did look after me. Also Marta who took her time & talked me through what would be the best treatment, not only that in general was a caring person. Stacey & paige for keeping me in the chair and not letting me run out! Thank you all x

This is what they say.
Genix Healthcare was founded in response to the severe shortage of NHS dentists. Our aim is to make dental care accessible and affordable to all. So yesterday I phoned Morecambe as I desperately need treatment I'm disabled and have suffered with dental problems due to medication. So I asked do you have payment plan and was told " no we are private dentist ". So I emailed saying I was confused as I had been on website " answer was we have no NHS available and the Denplan Dentist has full list. However you can join as private patient. Well like hundreds of thousands I would pay private if I could So in other words they are just another private dentist. Nothing different. And before someone says phone 111 for emergancy dentist. They only deal with one tooth full stop.

Amazing place! I’m so impressed with how much they helped me as an NHS patient. Without them I wouldn’t have the confidence I have today! The staff are lovely and so helpful!

I would not recommend this dental surgery, the treatments i needed where not explained to me, in the first consultation i asked which teeth need treating the reply was “you saw the X-rays”, and that was explanation enough according to the dentist, i am not a dentist nor a radiologist. In my second appointment the scheduled treatment was changed, a filling which i was told that was “urgent” was not done even though i had paid a deposit of half the cost for it before hand. In this appointment i had periodontal treatment not sure on which teeth wasn’t told, air polish, polish and scale, which took all of 25 minutes, at cost of £300. then i was given a price for the fillings i needed, i wasn’t given an option on what fillings i would like, instead it was chosen for me, they would all be composite. I rang to ask for the information i wasn’t told at either appointment and it would seem the dentist took offence, any subsequent conversations i had on the phone with genix resulted in them saying they would call me back, they never did. I rang once again and for the last time, where i was told the dentist didn’t understand or like me asking for information about my treatments and was now refusing to treat me, meaning i had to pay for another consultation at cost of £80 (i haven’t got an NHS dentist all of this is private care).

I managed to get on the books at Genix as a private patient after searching for several months for a dentist that's taking on new patients (my own fault for moving during the pandemic).

I needed a filling redoing, and a smaller, new, filling. I'm typically a bit anxious about dental work, but the dentist that I saw was brilliant. Very methodical, friendly, and skilled - the procedure was quick, and I felt no discomfort at all, not even from the anaesthetic injection. This is my second experience with needing fillings, and in comparison I can't recommend Genix enough.
