Had my braces treatment here for 2 years. Dentists, assistants and receptionists are amazing and super friendly. Always helpful over the phone as well as in-person. They're all very caring and devoted. Never in the 2 years have I had a problem with these guys. Highly recommend!! :)

I followed my dentist to this clinic and had to wait for 4 weeks as a private patient to get an appointment. £75 was charged straightaway. 48 hour cancellation notice required for a full refund.
When I rang to cancel on a Friday afternoon around 2pm was told the lady does the refunds had left for the day and I have to ring on Monday specifically ask for her to get my money back.
Wow what a smooth process of charging money only! Great business.

I have come across multiple staff members and each of them were absolutely lovely and did an amazing job at each appointment for my braces. And I’m super happy with my results. Thank you so much.

My treatment has been a very long journey but l got through it. l am so happy that my braces are off and it looks beautiful to smile with a new teeth.

Amazing service! The receptionists were incredibly patient despite me being late! The Dentist Baha was simply fabulous! She was empathetic, professional, yet very caring and made me feel at ease. A real credit to her profession! Thank you.

I had braces for a while and recently got them taken off, but the staff at A&S have been amazing since day one. Shout out to Zoey who's been my orthodontist since I started my braces journey, and has always been the nicest! I'm grateful for your work, and am super happy with my results. Thank you!

Got my braces done here, and just had my last appointment recently. I first had this female orthodontic therapist doing my braces, forgot her name. She was nice, but a bit harsh so kind of hurt. I think it's because she used to do it really fast. Don't think she works there nomore though because I didn't see her around and I then had Zoe as my new orthodontic therapist. Zoe was so friendly, and was so much more gentle. She answered any question I had, and even willingly gave advice when I had my last appointment, which was really useful.

The braces were really good, only broke twice, but both times were my fault. It wasn't chunky or bulky or anything. Was thin, but still of good quality. Also, Adrienne is such a friendly receptionist, and was even helpful over the phone.

Overall, really happy with the place. Friendly staff, clean and hygienic practice, and great equipment. Would definitely recommend.

I wish there was a zero star option rate so I could give it to this dental surgery. My son had his first braces appointment today and because I am except from wearing a face mask I was asked why I wasn’t wearing one upon arrival. I’ve explained to them that I am asthmatic and for that reason I can’t wear one. I was once again asked why I wasn’t wearing a face mask when we’ve entered the treatment room and once again explained my reason as to why I am not wearing one. My son required another appointment so I was asked to go to the reception desk and make another appointment which I did. However, what they failed to mention to me was once you make that appointment you had to wait outside until my son was done with his treatments. I was waiting outside for about 20 minutes not knowing what’s happening and being concerned. I’ve knocked on the door several times and their response was because of COVID we can’t have too many people- which I completely understand and respect. However, they have failed to mention that they were having some difficulties with some of their machines. After leaving an honest review of what my encounter was I got a call from the manager of the surgery, saying she wished I’ve spoken to her before I’ve left that review. I then got a call from the director and was asked to seek treatment from else where all because I have left an honest review. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional! Would not recommend this surgery at all and would definitely avoid at all cost!!
