Rachel and the team are fantastic. I had a very deep clean if my gums, its extremely unpleasant however Rachel was so considerate. Despite being a nervous patient and dreading the injections it was pain-free and quick. I'm half way through my treatment but I feel confident that I'm in very good hands. Thank you Rachel

Never had any issues getting appointments here. Whole family are registered here and my children are well looked after here and happy to go and see the dentist too. Found the reception staff very helpful especially when it came to registering our youngest.

I consistently have excellent experiences at the Elms. Reception are always friendly, the dentists are professional and Bianca the hygienist is absolutely brilliant - she’s so good at her job, the best I have ever seen and had really helped me to make good changes to my dental health.

I went for a tooth Extraction and I was really nervous and scared, However Fayaz went out of his way with his jokes and made me feel comfortable and at ease and with his colleagues
By his side I was able to get through the tooth extraction fully despite I had my eyes close having to hold a nurses hand and music playing it was a 1st time experience for me to be able to put on a brave face big Applauds to all 3 who stayed by my side and supported me through this (can’t remember the other nurses names they were with Fayaz).

Such a friendly and helpful practice. Rebecca is a very gentle dentist and makes sure I understand every stage of the process. Timmi, the nurse is so efficient and comforting when I'm feeling nervous!

I have had 3 appointments with Bianca, one of the hygienists, over the last 12 months.
She is professional, friendly, and very thorough. She was very reassuring and explained what she was doing throughout the process. She gave me advice on my routine and recommended types of tepee brushes and the best electric brush.
She has perfect people skills and a natural way of communicating.
I cannot recommend her highly enough; she is a huge asset to the practice.

I’ve been to many dental practices over the years and although this is a bit far from me, it was definitely worth it! The receptionist team was very polite and helpful. Dr Khan carried out my treatment and my teeth look and feel much healthier than they ever have! I have been using the recommended toothpaste for a while and the over sensitivity in my teeth (when consuming cold products) has almost gone! A big thank you to the team here and I will be back for my checkup in 3 months.
