If you are planning on going here, I would highly recommend you don’t. I had an absolutely horrible experience here, I’m a fairly reasonable person but this experience really annoyed me.

I booked in emergency dental work as I had a large filling break and was in pain. When I arrive there I mentioned again that I had a broken filling that I needed to be fixed.

I see the dentist, she tells me that they want to remove the filling to investigate so they can determine what needs to be done (which all seems reasonable). I luckily asked them to confirm they could complete the fixing work today which I was told they would not and they were not sure when they could ( I would have to ask reception). This would have left me a) in more pain b) with no filling at all c) with no idea when they would be able to complete this emergency work which I had booked in for to begin with.

I understand things get lost in translation and mistakes happen but I was pretty clear on the phone and re-iterated what I was there for I saw the dentist. AGAIN THIS IS FOR EMEGENCY DENTAL WORK. I’m not sure why they thought removing the broken filling but not refilling it ( or being able to confirm when) was a reasonable plan.

To add injury to wound, I wanted to speak to the manger to understand what had happened and voice that this is not acceptable but was told they wouldn’t be reachable until Monday!!

It was a really unprofessional experience, I hope this is the exception to the normal. I will definitely not be using this practice again, going to the dentist is expensive and painful enough without having to deal with this. I highly recommend you do not risk it.

Seems to be good. I just went for any extraction & it didn't hurt at all. Phew!

If you care about your teeth you will avoid this place !

During my check up, I was quoted a lower price for a filling than what I had to pay after the visit. Then the filling didn’t fit properly and I had to wait 2 hours in the waiting room for my ‘emergency appointment’ to get it fixed. That tooth still hurts sometimes.

The receptionist is really really nice. The dentist I saw was efficient and did a beautiful job on my teeth.

I have used this dentist for decades. Always good.

The Dentists at this branch are great but the receptionist is always trying to send patients to their other branch nearby where the dentist is rude and condescending. I think waiting times are longer at Kindandental2 because nobody wants to go to the other branch where appointments seem to be always available..
