Service is great. The practice is small but clean and efficient. The dentist always explains the treatment recommended. Unfortunately the hygienist and dentist are not in every day so usually you need to book far in advance

Avoid this dental practice!!!! I'm with this dental practice for a few years. They are always fully booked. They don't have available slots for months. Most of the times my appointments are cancelled at very short notice, once just minutes before my appointment when I was on my way to attend my appointment. I'm always told that my dentist has some personal issues, and then rebooked after another 3-6 months. Is impossible to see my dentist more often then once per year!!! The receptionists aren't friendly, one of them is sometimes rude.

We turned up to a family appointment with our toddler at 9.30 to be told that the dentist had messaged reception at 8am stuck on a train. After another 15 minutes waiting we were then told our appointments would have to be cancelled and rearranged - now for December.

Firstly, if the dentist was not going to make it in a courtesy call to let us know we might need to rearrange and not come in was perfectly possible within the timescale of 8-9.30am.

Secondly, we booked this appointment for our baby when they were 6 months old - we’ve waited almost a year to get this appointment. To be cancelled for no fault of our own and then wait another 4 months is completely unacceptable.

The handling of the situation was completely inconsiderate and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this dental surgery at all. Find somewhere else so you can actually get your teeth looked after!

We booked an appointment many months advance, but the dentist rescheduled the appointment close to the date to a week earlier. We couldn't do it, due to my daughter being very sick and when we asked to change the date, we were given an option for February (another 3 months from the original appointment). The reception was not helpful at all and she is impossible to understand on the phone. We will look for another practice where they can communicate on basic levels at least.

Have been coming to this dentist for 25+ years have seen a few staff come and go. But Iv always found them to be polite and very good. The current dentist is very nice. If you have a fear of the dentist tell the lady. She was more than helpful. Also
Both receptionists I have met and spoken too have been polite and helpful. Five stars all the way. Thanks for a great service.

Had a really smooth time today. The person at the reception (I think it was the manager) has an amazing and calming presence. She was honestly so amazing and deserves 5 stars just on her own. Waiting times to get an appointment are really long but that’s a nation wide issue not the dentist places fault. Was told I need a filling due to deep decay in a tooth. Really wish I could have just gotten the filling there and then but have to wait till January 4th which worries me about further decay. But again don’t really blame the dentist place for that. Overall a great experience after a long time.

Don’t not use. Never a dentist here that stays, appointments 10 months apart. When you do finally get an appointment, you’ll go for a check up then wait another 10 months to have the work done. Shut the place down. Not worth the running costs!!!

The best dental practice in London! Even if it’s not in your local area trust me you won’t regret coming here. I was more than happy with the service I’ve received in such a short time, their prices are affordable plus I can assure you, you will feel very looked after. The staff is super professional and friendly, which makes the whole experience very pleasant. Highly recommend!
