My sister and I had not been to the dentist since we were kids. We were both in pain and needed emergency help. Mr.R.Plester and his nurse were amazing to both of us. We now have had treatment and been able to see him almost immediately when I needed to. He is very kind and explains everything to you so well. The surgery is very easy to get to and the staff are great.

I have always had good treatment since moving to this practice a few years ago. Yesterday afternoon I broke a tooth and was consequently in a certain amount of discomfort. I phoned the practice and was given an appointment with my usual dentist, Julie Barot, for this morning. With in 15 mins my tooth had been repaired with minimal fuss and no pain and I was very happy and impressed with the quick and efficient treatment I received.

First time iv rang in ages to book an appointment and I actually had such a lovely lady answer the phone. Alice was really lovely, very polite and friendly. Not like the usual person on reception with attitude. Everyone should take some notes on how nice she was. Maybe I won't wait so long next time.

They've done some repair work to a chipped tooth for me and you can hardly tell it was ever damaged. It looks more straight than it was before it was chipped!

While waiting to be seen, a receptionist was moaning about how ridiculous her working hours were and also those of the dentists themselves. Totally unprofessional in front of customers. We have a job vacancy, where I work in the PRIVATE sector. It's 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. 5 hours every other Saturday. You do get an hour for lunch though. So that's a 45 hour week one week and 50 hours the next. Perhaps you'd like to apply? Thought not. Ps: the dentist was lovely.

I have been using this dentist surgery since 1977. It is always easy to get an appointment and the telephone is always answered within 3 rings. The dentist’s room is spotless and the dentist is very easy to talk to and the dental nurse is very pleasant. It would help if there was a lift available for anyone who struggles to get up the stairs. Totally recommend and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Unfortunately, despite many visits and reporting problems, my requests were not heard. The teeth are not thoroughly cleaned, the fillings fall out after a few weeks. After the last visit, we definitely change the dentist

My husband died unexpectedly last Year. Understandably I forgot my dental Appt so what did they do- send me a letter deregistering me. Absolutely shocking!!!! I wouldn’t give a one star but need to to so I can post my review. I have since read other bad reviews of this practice - avoid avoid avoid
