In the motions of complaining about the practise, all started good a few years ago, got referred for private treatment then back to usual dentist, when they seemed totally unaware of my treatment and shocked, then advised me that I needed lots of hygenist treatment and need to be referred to gum specialist, and then abandoned me as a patient. It has left other dentists shocked and I am going through complaints proceedure as they have not answered my questions as to duty of care.

I have been going to this practice as long as I can remember and I'm 22 now, had amazing dentists throughout and now see Spencer, I'm a nervous patient in procedures but he puts me totally at ease by putting me in control of when I need a break etc, never feel rushed and to top it off, the reception staff are so lovely and helpful too, would always recommend!

I cannot fault this place, our dentist is sweet and caring and listens. He is one the nicest dentists we have ever had. Although we are primarily private patients we have never had any issues. There is a slight waiting period at times but nothing that hugely interferes with other appointments or work!

Reception are so welcoming, all wearing masks and its so clean and tidy in this practice. As a nervous patient with a few problems, i was put to ease and reassured of what was going on. Everything was explained to me so clearly and I couldn't of had a better dentist. Im not a big fan of the dentist but I'm sure I'd feel comfortable coming back here again for further treatment! Thank you ☺️

I moved to Garston 10 years ago and so had to change my dentist. I have only been in for one filling over a year ago. It took them 2 attempts to get it right. This subsequently came out and I have now been back 3x for the same tooth and I am still in pain as it has not been done properly.

They want me to go back to the same dentist so she can try again!! No way! I have had 2 other fillings that have lasted over 20 years.

I am now going to a dentist that has been recommended and are able to get a simple filling done properly without causing the pain that these ones have.

Well I just can’t seem to make an appointment now so very frustrating, well have to revise again ten minutes after review got phone call and made appointment! will review more often! Thanks

I'd like to thank the amazing receptionist for her exceptional customer service over the years. It is sad that they will no longer allow me to pay for private treatment as needed 😢 dumping us after 30 years as NHS patients which was still barely affordable 😒 Private plan only accepted now
