Excellent care and service making and fitting a full set of dentures after a massive fail with the NHS set. David explained how the treatment would progress, carefully worked through each stage and I now have a lovely set of teeth and a nice smile ... working my way up to trying a nice fillet steak!

I belong to a generation for whom a visit to the dentist can only be viewed with some degree of trepidation; short of dread certainly, but equally hardly likely to inspire the idea that ‘I must do this again, and soon’. Nevertheless, I cannot fault the service both dental and support. It is highly efficient and about as friendly as you could wish a dental practise to be. Unusual to enjoy visits to the dentist but I always do. Very friendly and helpful staff. Covid is making life difficult for us all. The surgery have done all they can to reassure and protect both themselves and their patients. Jolly well done and thank you.

The dental hygienist is, for some, almost as bad in thought as the dentist, but my experience here at the Dental Practice was far from that. Everything was gentle and not at all uncomfortable. An excellent job done with a friendly very pleasant hygienist.

I was disappointed yesterday with the treatment because I attended for the third time to correct a molar which had lost a filling. When the filling fell out a few months ago, the dentist replaced it. This happened again last week. The tooth is still rough. I was also disappointed because I had told the receptionist when I booked the appointment that the filling needed replacement and she asked me if I wanted it done in this appointment - I said yes. From my entering the surgery at 4pm to my departure from the surgery after the refilling was just 9 minutes and received a bill for that of £60 which didn't please me. 1 because of the time taken and 2 because this was the third time treating the same problem.
