River Dental

Brilliant! Had a molar extracted by Rachel - it's what she does and she loves her work! A few days later, Richard made and fitted a crown for the next molar in line. All done quickly, painlessly and I even had a coffee across the road while the crown was made. I can't thank the River Dental Team enough for my excellent treatment, careful explanations of procedures and thoughtful care.

Alison the hygienist is extremely good, and unlike many in her profession, NOT a sadist! On the absolute contrary, she is very friendly with a nice gentle touch - a godsend for those of us with sensitive teeth! Couldn’t recommend her more highly. I see Richard the dentist too, he is always very smiley and efficient too, and clearly knows his stuff. A great little practice.

Dr Alex fixed my cracked tooth with a crown. I was initially terrified to have the procedure but it turned out I had nothing to worry about. She is a lovely lady. Made me feel very safe and told me exactly what she was going to do. I felt absolutely no pain during or after the procedure, and by later the same day, after the numbness had worn off I was back to eating again. Don’t I feel silly! Definitely recommend River Dental.

Always friendly, always professional. The best dental practice I've ever used which is why I'll travel a fair distance to use them. They've managed to get me to steadily improve my teeth care over the years and their support and approach to my dental care during a period of ill health was exceptional. I had a good experience when I had a root canal treatment with Alex on Tuesday - she was kind, gentle and took a lot of trouble to explain what she was doing as we went along. There has been no problem with the tooth since and I can highly recommend her for this treatment and I'm not the best patient with a dentist. In fact I always wish I could have a general anaesthetic before the treatment starts but the numbing process worked well and I felt not pain so please pass my thanks to her.
