I come from Gloucester to have my dental care done here. Been a patient here for several years and I feel their care and honesty are of top order. Won't charge you for needless work that others do. The staff are brilliant and always helpful, nothing is too much!

As a patient of several years, I can highly recommend this practice. I have always received excellent quality care from both dentist James Barber and hygienist Lisa Rodway - both top professionals!

I feel I need to reassure anyone needing a root canal and crown at Rowcroft; I had 3 of them in the space of 10 months! In my opinion, Dimitrios is the best general dentist to do them; he was very careful with his root canal approach, and mine were tricky (previously on the NHS, I had 2 unsuccessful root canals).....plus I'm extremely pleased with the crowns, I can confidently say Dimitrios has done a fab job!

Delighted with the entire implant experience. The costings were honest and fair - mine even went down from the estimate, as I did not need any extra work. Though I was lucky to have such a straight forward procedure, everything was explained clearly and sympathetically. Though it took quite a few weeks, from extraction to final implant fitting, it was always a positive experience. Highly recommended.

Dentist Lucy Li has recently carried out my complex cosmetic dentistry which included a replacement bridge and some cosmetic fillings. Such care was taken by Lucy to manage each step perfectly and the end result has far exceeded my expectations. A few years ago, I had a terrible tooth infection. They were kind enough to give me a last-minute appointment. Because of the weakness and the pain, I fainted nearby Peacocks, and the lady who worked there escorted me to the dentist to make sure I would arrive there safely and explained to them why I was late. Although I was only late for 10 minutes because of what happened, the lady in the reception was rude to me and canceled my appointment. I could understand that since they were pretty busy and it was a last-minute appointment; however, I could not understand why she was so rude and discussed my situation with another patient in front of me without my permission. I got hospitalized that night because I got so weak, and the pain was unbearable. Therefore I had to cancel my next day's appointment. When I called to explain what happened, the lady on the phone referred to me as 'Turkish lady' instead of my name. And again, she was pretty rude and asked me to pay 50 pounds because I canceled my appointment, although I had not been informed about this in my previous meeting. I am a Ph.D. in clinical psychology now, but I cannot help myself to stop being angry at her every time I remember that day. It is so sad in a beautiful town like Stroud; there is such a racist person like her.

I'm very nervous of the dentist, I had a bad experience at previous place, my dentist is brilliant, she's made me feel not so nervous, the reception staff are lovely too.

I highly recommend Dr Dimitrios Ntanos who has recently dealt with supplying me with a new set of dentures, which I am extremely pleased with. I have had new dentures before supplied by other dentists but they have never been satisfactory.10/10
