Watlington Dental Centre

I can wholeheartedly recommend both this practice and Dr Sunny Chopra. Having been a patient of Sunny at his previous practice as well, I've always been impressed with the treatment I have received over the years. Sunny is calm, reassuring and his work is excellent. We travel some distance to visit Sunny's practice and it is definitely worth it. An first- rate dentist who you can trust.

The very best dental practice. I have spent too much time at the dentist throughout my life and finding a good one anywhere has proven challenging. However, for the past ten years I have been lucky enough to have Sunny as my dentist. I was delighted when he took over at Watlington Dental Centre where I ALWAYS receive the very best care, not just from Sunny but from the whole team there. Genuine high-end service with a smile. I would highly recommend Sunny and Watlington Dental Centre to everyone.

I was one of Sunny’s patients for many years in his previous practice so I was delighted when he took over the Watlington practice where I live! Sunny is such a good dentist. Very gentle , knowledgeable and so kind. I trust him completely. I had on one occasion some excellent treatment done by Dr Ranj Hothi and i was impressed by his kindness as well. I have always had a fear of dentists from childhood. When Dr Ranj Hothi joined the practice I was at, I needed a lot of dental work to sort out my existing bridge, and the gaps in my teeth which made me self conscious of smiling. He was so kind and so patient with me, going well over and beyond what I would normally expect a dentist to do. The standard of work was second to none and he explained every stage of the treatment. Sadly, he left the practice for personal reasons and his replacement was no match, so when I learnt that he had moved to the Watlington Practice, I emailed them immediately to see if they would take me on. Fortunately for me, they did. He is a superb dentist whom I trust completely. He is so patient with my phobia of dentists and the treatment is always first class. I trust nobody else to look after my teeth the way he does, and I would fully recommend him to anyone needing a dentist. A first class service all round!

A big, big thank you to Ranj Hothi for my dentures. I had so much trouble with another dentist making my dentures look like a " cartoon smiling horse" I went to Ranj in tears and all he said, with a cuddle, is "I will make you smile again".....well he has, my dentures are so natural that nobody knows they are not my own. Having visited the practice on a number of occasions over the past 4 years, I was most impressed with the quality of the dental work being delivered. The private dentistry is of a standard similar to Harley Street in London, but available locally. The dentistry is pain free which is important to me. Dentistry is never cheap, but pricewise I felt the work was good value for money. Nice bunch of people to deal with, and easy to talk to.

Being a nervous patient, due to a previous bad experience I had as a child, I had put off going to the dentists for too many years resulting in needing quite a few fillings. Dr Ranj and the rest of the team were so kind, gentle and understanding, helping me to overcome my fears of the dentist and my teeth are in the best condition they have ever been in! I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially Dr Ranj, amazing nurse Amy and the lovely kind receptionists Wendy and Sam! I can’t thank you enough!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. My whole family and I have always found Dr Ranj Hothi and the wider team to be kind, helpful, informed and to offer a really first-rate service based on most recent evidence - also with fun and a smile! We feel in very safe, trustworthy and knowledgeable hands. But I want to write this review to say a particular thank you to Ranj and his charming nurse Amy for their exceptional treatment of my son today - who is very needle phobic. They succeeded where others have failed due to their patient, calm, kindness and 'can-do' attitude. Their willingness to go the extra mile to reassure is rare and special. As noted by my son, he could not imagine that anyone, apart from this amazing duo, could have enabled him to overcome the challenges he faced today. Thank you to you both.
