Family Dentist

Dentist herself is excellent, takes what you say into account and gives good advice, however the receptionist shows a complete lack of empathy and is very snotty.

Fabulous Dentist who puts you at ease with her humming along to the radio and chit chatting. Having teeth drilled has never been a pleasant experience but after having old fillings removed and new white fillings put in I came out feeling a million Dollars. Certainly the best dentist I have been treated by.

I went to get a impression for my veneer, dentist and staff seemed great. The date I was supposed to return to get it fitted I got took to hospital. I called up the following day and apologised and explained it was an emergency and I've never missed a dental appointment, but was told not to return again and I cannot be offered another appointment. All in all a waste of a their time, my time, the check up to get the impression for the venner and the veneer that was due to be fitted.

Amazing dentist so nice to find one that takes pride in her work. Would highly recommend to nervous people

Carol is brilliant. Moved to her about 13 years ago after a traumatic experience in a dentist in Waterloo and she's very understanding and patient.

Dentist herself causes more problems when fixing others and receptionist needs to go on a customer service course to learn how to speak to human beings.
