Leytonstone Dental Centre

Last year I came here for a checkup and they said I needed 4 fillings which would cost me £400. On top of that, they tried talking me into buying a manual toothbrush for £15. One of the members of staff was also extremely rude and angry which made me feel unwelcome.

I didn’t get the work done and a year later today, I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion and they said that I only need the 1 filling.

Do not go to this dentist. They will clean you dry of your money.

I had a teeth cleaning done here and, sadly, I’m not happy. The gum of two of my bottom teeth was damaged. I stopped Dr. Anna during the treatment to mention that she was keeping the drill on the same spot for too long and it was hurting, but she refused to move it saying that she is just removing the plaque. The very same spot is now swollen, hurts, and wounded. I’m disappointed because I’m making huge efforts to keep my gums healthy and dentists should help with that, not damage them. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place, and I must warn others. Other than that, the staff is lovely and the prices are okay. Also, the cleaning was deep - drilling, polishing and airflow. I believe if Dr. Anna improves (wears glasses if she can’t see) this place has got potential.

I went to this practice for the first time for a check up and hygiene appointment on Saturday 29/10. My dentist was Dr Anna. She and her nurse had a pleasant and very friendly manner. I have sensitive teeth and a bit of plaque build up but they managed to sort it out with little discomfort. Would recommend.

Usually afraid of dental clinics, I feel like I'm much more relaxed here. Very warm, friendly staff, always extra cautious to make sure I'm in no pain or discomfort, tips on my dental everyday care. Been there 3 times and will happily return again

I spent over £800 at the dental practice however unfortunately due to being extremely busy at work I had to cancel my appointment twice.
When I called the practice to do so the lady in reception was EXTREMELY rude and was shouting across the phone like an emotionally unstable person, she then passed the phone to her so called "manager" who was just as bad and was also shouting at me across the phone! They clearly don't know the rule the customer is always right!
I am extremely shocked how a person can be treated this way by a dental practice where you pay private fee!
I have never ever come across such customer service and such rude people.
I believe the lady truly need therapy before continuing to work with customers such behaviour is NOT tolerable.
I am completely disgusted and truly hope they don't treat every customer that needs to rearrange appointments this way as this is what receptionists are for.
I hope the practice will take the right approach with this matter.

First time being there and service was amazing. I am always scared of dentist due to bad experience i had before. Doctor anna and her team was very patience and caring wow. And she explained to me everything she is doing and recommended what to do for better care of my teeth. My previous dentist never did anything as such. Highly recommended

Very nice Dental Clinic , staff very nice and friendly, quick appointments are available all times , emergency appointments was issued the same day 👍
