Northgate Dental Clinic

My son have been here couple of times and always felt comfortable.
This past weekend has developed an abscess in his baby tooth. His own dentist wouldn’t give him an emergency appointment today and scheduled one for next Tuesday!!
So I have called the Colosseum practice and they (without any hesitation) even though my son is not registered there they gave him the emergency appointment at 2pm. Lovely and caring staff. Receptionist always very helpful. The dentist have been amazing and so clear when she gave me the instructions for my son. I would like to thank you all at the practice. You really are starts to my eyes. Thank You from Andrea and his Mum. We’re forever grateful!

9yr old son required 5 baby teeth out, put at ease by a very professional dentist who had his teeth out before he knew it. Very happy son due to expertise n professionalism of the dentist. The assistant/technician was fantastic as well. Great teamwork.

If you are looking for a dental practice where appointments are reasonably available and where the staff are proffession and at the same time caring then you must try Northgate dental clinic.

Don't even want to give them 1 star, very rude reception. don't listen and just want you off the phone

I was about to go for tooth extraction with NHS. But there staff persuaded me to use their service. So I booked the extraction with them, they rescheduled my appointment for a few times that really frustrated me. Finally I got there, before I went their they tried to persuade me to an earlier time that I rejected. Then I went there they started talking about X ray and etc. A lot of nonsense, a lot waffle, they could have told me a lot earlier rather than when I arrived. I argued, And the dentist together with his assistants who were very rude to me were very disrespectful. They always have a terrible reason that you can easily tell it is either a lie or try to cover something behind. Terrible service, highly recommend to not to use.

Tried to book a check up after years of dental anxiety and NHS waiting lists. Only to be met with a very rude and condescending dentist. For some reason I was booked into an urgent check up after explaining my problems on the phone. Was only allowed 15mins with the dentist (which cost £35). He wouldn’t allow me to discuss any other than one problem I was having. Really didn’t help as I was nervous and has not helped one bit. Receptionists and assistants were lovely I would like to add. But would generally avoid this clinic.
