Running a little late today but that is unusual and I’m usually in on time or early. Joyti who is the dentist I see is always very welcoming she listens to what you tell her and always does a very good job, The receptionists call the day before to check you remember your appointment which would be helpful if you were forgetful and they are very efficient and friendly. very pleased with the service.

I only waited for about two minutes before I was seen. The dentist was very professional, pleasant and polite. Gave me good advice. Appointment could not have gone any better and what a bonus that they have there own car park

We are refugees from Ukraine. My wife and I had to visit your dental hospital, although we don't speak English, the doctor and his assistant were able to examine us and prescribe treatment. Cassio Road Dental has been providing excellent work for many years now but they are not complacent. Appointment reminders can be sent by text or email or even a brief personal call. The whole of the administration is managed by a very professional and helpful office manager and this is reflected in the excellent front of health staff. The equipment used is kept up to date and I find the expertise of all the dentists and hygienists to be first class. They should all be proud of what they have built here and for the support of a huge number of local patients.

I have been a patient at this practice for years and now both my children, everyone from Receptionists to the Dentist are very friendly and polite. I always feel like I am in safe hands. Yesterday, my appointment with the hygienist Diana was lovely, I ended up having some anxiety and had to stop but Diana was so patient and understanding with me and allowed me time to gather my nerves. Thank you.

Excellent services provided. Had my first visit today. Reception was friendly kind and great. DR SHAH herself was a very knowledgeable dentist who helped me decide on my various options and dental needs. Will definitely let them tend to all my dental requirements. Sue Tham

Jyoti Chadha is an amazing dentist and has been brilliant at every appointment I have had! My recent root canal treatment was pain free and went very smooth! I was very apprehensive at first but I didn't feel a thing! Top dentist!

I had been given an emergency appointment within 48 hours to see a dentist. I saw a Dr Patel (not my regular dentist) due to sustaining a cracked tooth over the Christmas period. . He assessed what had happened , took remedial action and explained what possible longer term outcomes there might be. The service was fantastic , thanks very much.
