Dental 397

The best experience I have ever had in a dental practice. Everyone in the practice is extremely kind, friendly and considerate. Very clean and a nice, calming environment, with lovely lovely staff. I have had three wisdom teeth removed with them recently and the dental practitioners always kept me informed about the process, made sure I was alright and were very understanding throughout my experience with them. The service is organised and professional, very friendly, and I felt like I had a clear understanding of what procedures I needed and why, and really appreciated that clarity. I really can't applaud them enough, they are so lovely and I can't imagine my case could have been handled better. Big thank yous to these lovely people!

As someone who has always hated going to the dentist I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the work of Dapo and her team. She makes you feel very relaxed and I can honestly say that even the injections have not been painful. I have had major work done and spent many hours in the dentist chair but all these hours have been fairly relaxing and I have felt very comfortable and confident in everything she has done. The work she has done has been excellent. I highly recommend this dentist.

Absolutely outstanding dental practice.

Dapo is an amazing, hugely knowledgeable and professional lady with such a kind and happy nature, she really is such an approachable and lovely person.

Her work on my sons teeth, including two wisdom tooth extractions, were done with such thoroughness and absolute top class care and support. She really made the whole process a positive experience.

Having extractions, especially with a very tricky bottom wisdom, can be a traumatic experience. With Dapo, and her assistant, this really was handled with the most genuine, top class-care and utmost support. We could not fault a thing, it's been absolute flawless treatment at every visit.

The girls on reception are all so lovely, welcoming and helpful.

If I wasn't already registered somewhere else, I'd 100% register here. I recommend Dental 397 to anyone looking for one of the the best dental surgery's I've come across. If you're a nervous patient, you will be so looked after here.

The practice is a beautiful building and has a peaceful, stunning surrounding area.

The treatment plans are also very good, and the hygienist follow up appointments are included free within this - it's well worth taking out the plan.

Many years ago, at a dentist in Princesshay in Exeter, I was subjected to 75 minutes of pure agony when I had a wisdom tooth extracted. I was only about 15 and that was me finished with dentists !!!
Moving on to about 20 years ago, I discovered Dental 397.
The dentist was called Lars and he was fabulous.
He took dentistry to a new level and he sorted my teeth out, no pain, no fuss, he and his staff were great!
Moving forwards in time, an extremely beautiful dentist called Dr. Dapo Olotu took over the practise - and took dentistry to a whole new level.
I will never go anywhere else for treatment.
I am looked after like one of their family. The treatment rooms and the reception room are spotlessly clean, and they have the most wonderfully calm, relaxing feel about them.
I actually look forwards to my visits because it is a beautiful experience. Dapo and her amazing team are so incredibly focused on making your visit an enjoyable one, this has to be one of the best dental practises in the UK, Europe and the World.
I will stand by my words because the practise is so incredible.
I'm running out of complimentary words to describe this practice, it really is so fantastic and mind blowingly superb !!!!

I’m not a review writer normally but this place deserves it! I contacted them with awful toothache and explained how anxious I was about the dentist. They quickly got me booked in for the same day (Sunday)! From start the finish the team treated me with care and respect doing everything they could to make me feel as comfortable as possible. I have suffered for years with dental problems due to being so anxious about going, but I recommend anyone going through the same to give Dental397 a call. Thank you folks!
