Excellent. Needed an emergency appointment. Chloe was fantastic in sorting this. At the surgery, the dentist, Rebecca, was great. Explained the issue and the options. All sorted in one visit.

Just want to say kindness goes a long way,
I've waited some time to get into my dentist due to some unforeseen circumstances , being re scheduled a few times. Recently had a call from Joanne and she was so nice over the phone! I remembered her the next time she called very apologetic and reassured me that if emergency they will due there best to see me but had to change date again. Thank you Joanne for just being nice it's appreciated =)

Was a patient here for many years before it became a my dentist, then a few months back as I came in for a check up, on entry I was told I wasn’t a patient by a dentist with out him even asking my name, when I told him he was wrong I was here getting my tooth out not so long ago he called me a liar, as one of the dental nurses went to get the manager he then accused my of threatening the women on the reception over the phone that I was going to smash the place up, again I told him he had the wrong person, by the time the manager had came down the looney dentist then found out my name and realised that he had got the wrong person, so basically this practice likes to accuse patients of violent behaviour for no reason at all. My actual dentist was great although I had to move practice because of the terrible response to my complaint. I’d think twice as a male to joining this practice as they like to make out all men as violent.

To who ever replied to this, the issue was resolved by me having to move practice because of the behaviour of your staff, it wasn’t resolved your end as you was unprofessional, not even an apology came my way and the response to this proves so 🤷🏻‍♂️

Both my wife and myself have only just registered with our local my dentist and are really happy with the service they provided. The work was fairly priced and there was no unnecessary treatment done just a scale and polish. The staff were also friendly and informative, I would definitely recommend them

Very dissapointed ..tried to make emergency appointment as I have another tooth absess in same tooth.. I had root canal few wks ago due to me having gum desease pain is unbearable nearest date is Dec and had to pay upfront for that consultation appointment..Really don't understand it? paid £500 few wks back.. am private patient so surely I should not have to wait and suffer in pain got a red very sore swollen gum crying in pain...Shocking how they just leave you to get on with it was told to take pain killers and phone up everyday for emergency appointment? Ended up going to another dentist they seen be right away and I was prescribed antibiotics for a severe infection in my gums went back to get my deposit back and was told I wasn't entitled to a refund but I have read your terms and conditions for cancellation and its only if you give less than 24 hours notice I was giving 9 days notice
It's absolutely disgusting they way I was treated I have now registered with another reliable honest dentists ..What a horrible experience ..Never had this bother when I was with Dr Lewis been coming to this dentist for years but since my dentist took over its awful staff are rude too Never deal with you again!!

We have only good words for our dental treatments. Mr A WEBSTER and his team make you feel very welcome. We have been treated for more than 20 years by him. He puts you at ease right away. Explains any problems and any treatments you may require. Including costs and how to manage them. So nothing is left for you to worry about. I changed dentist to Kiran Jumbu about 2 years ago after a recommendation and not being happy with my previous practice. I am so glad I did. Kiran and Amy the dental nurse are extremely professional and friendly. They explain exactly what they are doing, they are patient with a slightly nervous customer and I get follow up calls after some of the procedures. They are very accommodating with appointments and the surgery is spotless. I would definitely recommend this practice I am very happy here.

Thank you so much to the fanatic Kiran Jumbo and Amy for my beautiful new veneers. Thank you too for being so understanding as I’m normally very nervous going to the dentist after a very bad experience many years ago. They put me at ease and talked me though the different processes to keep me calm. I cannot put into words how amazing these 2 professionals were and how happy and confident I now feel with my new smile. It’s now a pleasure to go to the dentist and not a traumatic ordeal.
