From the very outset of my several visits to Eltham Dental Practice, I was treated with utmost respect and care. Dr Patel took care of all my dental requirements, often going out of his way to provide exceptional service. He discussed a range of options with me before any action, he is articulate yet very understanding towards his patients needs. I explained my worries and pain points and Dr Patel was very quick to alleviate any concerns. He has a relaxed demeanour and is an excellent health care professional. He co-ordinates well with the dental nurses and was very clear with me on post treatment activity. I will definitely return to see Dr Patel on a regular basis!

I have been a patient of the practice for years. Each visit has been a pleasant experience and a satisfied one. Recently had porcelain crowns put on front teeth by Dr Patel and the treatment as always was spot on. The staff are always welcoming and wonderful. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great service.

I have just completed the quick straight teeth treatment at Eltham Dental Practice and was really impressed with everything. Zaid was helpful initially in explaining the options for straightening my top teeth, which had moved a lot over the years since having a brace as a teenager. Having opted for the fixed brace with tooth-coloured wire, I found the treatment conveniently quick and painless, with great results. Everyone, including the reception staff, is really lovely and helpful. Overall it's a great dental practice.

Dr Zaid has helped me so much with my teeth and pain, I can't thank him enough. Fabulous, really great service, very impressed. Dr Zaid was gentle and very thorough, Maria his aid and Daisy the receptionist are most helpful and friendly. All made me at ease and exemplary with their manner and work ethic. Very kind and considerate people and lovely surroundings too. Great dentist, very thankful I found them. All in all, excellent.

After today's visit I feel very uncomfortable - first the practicing doctor was not wearing a uniform and was wearing his casual clothes. He started to explain about different treatments I can get, when I have stopped him to give me a price and explained that I am an NHS client he just told me that he wants to educate me (thank you so much!). Whole process was uncomfortable, and my personal space was violated - he did not explain what and why he was doing. I am visiting dentist every year and such an unprofessional behavior - I do see for the first time. I am really scared to go back there - but whuhu do I have a much choice an an NHS client.

I ring again and a woman pick it up
She muddled a few words and said my line not clear and cut off
(But i am calling from home and never have a problem with connection and her voice is very clear to me)
I ring again and she again says connection not good, she asks me to provide my number and she will call back at her end
Which she never did!
What a shame pulling such a lie to patients
If she is not willing to serve, she should not be at this job

I would strongly recommend this dental practice! The receptionist is fabulous , always there to help. Many thanks to Dr Patel for the excellent dental care he always gives to my family. His professional expertise, integrity and compassionate concern for the person on the other end of drill are most appreciated. Thank you for giving us back our SMILE.
