Fresh Springs Dental Practice

I would give an ‘A’ star to the staff at this practice for the very welcoming atmosphere they have created for patients. Beginning with the receptionists as you walk in, you are greeted with smiles and they care for you, down to offering the proverbial cup of cold water while you wait. They take time to discuss and involve you in your treatment and would build in more time for treatment if necessary. They are very polite and my dentist, knowing how people are scared of drills, is very reassuring. Her demeanour is very calming especially for me who developed a phobia for dental treatment after a string of bad experiences. I have been with this practice for many years now and will unreservedly continue to recommend them to my friends! Well done Fresh Springs! Keep up the good work.

I have been attending this dental practice for about 3 years. I have been consistently impressed with my level of service I receive from my moment i step foot in the building. Firstly the reception staff are so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable. I have visited a few different dentists over the few years here and I have absolutely no complaints. The level of service and professionalism is top notch and they take the time to speak to you so that you fully understand your options etc. I am never rushed out the door! I would highly recommend this practice to all.

Best customer service I have ever had from a dentist.
I was a little nervous as it had been quite a long time since I’d been to the dentist but the receptionist was just amazing. So friendly and did everything she could to help. My dentist was also excellent, extremely professional and took the time to do a fantastic job even though it required extra work !

Came to this dentist when I lived in aldgate 8 years ago and it was great. Came back recently to see the dentist and hygienist. Same level of quality service, friendly staff.

This is a wonderful dental practice. The receptionist/office manager is warm, welcoming, kind, efficient and always goes the extra mile. I have a fear of dentists from bad childhood experiences but Dr Sulieman is so gentle, calm and patient, and has always looked after my teeth really well. I highly recommend this practice.

I have just received some excellent dental care.Dr Suliman and her very friendly staff are very attentive and thorough in all they do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to feel comfortable whilst sitting in the dental chair
